** Rejuve is hands down the best GC in Austin** When I was seeking a GC to manage and complete my home renovation I looked for specific characteristics that would outline a team owning the same focus and attention to detail that I have. Phil and Chad (Rejuve) were the only GC that showed up to my house professional, took measurements, provided feedback and asked the hard questions. Then returned a real quote that was through, they did their homework, got real quotes, and it showed. After initiation of the project, they quickly established the onsite team, design team, and business(billing) team. They even have an onsite PM (will) that communicates daily in their Project software and via a group text message. This is important, it ensures you are up to date and can answer questions/approve modifications quickly without stalling the project. Clear and concise feedback on design, construction, form and function is imperative for customer satisfaction. Rejuve is on it! They know the importance of what they do and how it impacts the customer, its not just a build, it is your home, and they care. I am particularly interested in the quality of the work, how it is performed, and what it looks like behind the walls they build. They have quality subs, a great staff, and some hard workers. They take care of the work site like it is their own, they have really great people working for them. They also provided me with a 3D rendering (Matterport) scan of my house before sheet rock was installed, this is commercial grade level of service. I have recommended Rejuve to many of my friends and some of them are using Rejuve with the similar feedback. I also have more work that I will need completed very soon, I 100% intended on using Rejuve for this. I cannot express enough how comfortable they have made me feel throughout this entire, very overwhelming, process.

This team is fantastic! And that comes from someone who is naturally distrustful of contractors and with incredibly high standards. They completed an 500 sq ft add-on over our garage that required adding more foundation. We contracted in April 2020 right as the pandemic started, and during the time of the project, lumber prices tripled and the cost of labor went up. However, they stood behind their original contract price and delivered an exceptional add-on with as minimal intervention as you could expect.

We have relied on the expertise of the crew from Rejuve Group for over 10 years, involving a number of projects. This team is honest, reliable, creative, and responsive. Chad and Phil are genuinely good people to whom we have become close and feel grateful to know. Will, their project manager, is sharp and easy to talk to. Zaskia has been invaluable as a resource for making design decisions. Rejuve Group has an extended crew of talented craftspeople who can be trusted to do the job with impressive skill. Many of them have been with Rejuve for years, which is a testament to the integrity of Chad and Phil. Rejuve did the remodel of our 1953 home which was in disrepair, creating a home that is full of light and is a joy to live in. We enjoyed another fantastic experience when they created a front porch, which completely transformed our home. We are currently at the end stages of building a studio in our backyard. It has turned out to be a complicated project involving lots of decision-making. Rejuve has been there for us through it all, and the result is an absolutely stunning studio that we will enjoy for years to come. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this team.

In my line of business I work with a lot of general contractors and none of them are as well organized, responsive, price and schedule sensitive as Rejuve. We have never received a complaint about them from a customer. Many general contractors ask us questions that they already have the answer to, Rejuve only ever asks us questions when there is a problem they couldn't possibly solve without our help.
