My wife and I consider ourselves fortunate to have benefited from Lou DesRosiers’ brilliant architectural work on several of our renovations over the years. We are in awe of his creative design skills, his attention to detail, his pursuit of excellence in everything he does and his ability to remove any design barriers to satisfy his clients’ needs. There is no design problem that Lou cannot solve. He is a very honest, trustworthy, talented, energetic architect whom we are proud to consider a friend. Lou recently directed the complete renovation of our newly purchased condo which we totally gutted and rebuilt over an 8 month period in 2015. We are delighted with the end product of this renovation which we consider a showpiece. It includes a number of innovative design features including the use of “switch glass” for the custom front door, Lou’s signature tiered cove ceilings, Juno lighting, Lutron shades, strategically placed doors and windows that maximize lake views, a state-of-the-art kitchen and AV system, and several home automation features.
