F9 is AMAZING! They created a home that was beyond our expectations! Started out with wanting a nook to read and enjoy the view… got that and more! Lance is amazing and has an amazing team with Rohs being patient as we changed things (we appreciate your insight and patience) and Sarah our interior designer who guided us in creating our vision board and color palette ( we appreciate your eye for detail). His team behind the scenes also are professional and gifted. Thank you to you all for walking this journey with us and creating us our gorgeous home !

I am a retired Architect and General contractor in Florida and had a family project I needed to oversee in Denver, Colorado. I researched firm and found F9 with a little luck. WOW, F9 is the bomb - this is the best Architectural firm I have ever worked with. They are honest, intelligent, caring, professional and timely. They should receive 10 Stars as 5 is not enough. I cannot give them a higher level of recommendation. Simply the Best

At Symmetry, we always pride ourselves on building strong partnerships with our clients and architects; but working with Alex Gore, Principal, and Alex Gresh, architect, at F9 Productions has taken collaboration to a whole new level. We truly value the collaborative teamwork approach with you! From the very first schematic design for this unique hybrid project, combining a concrete tilt-up warehouse with a steel-structured office, F9 delivered design options with short lead times. This allowed Symmetry's preconstruction department, fueled by combined expertise, to present selection options to the ownership group with a quick turnaround. Alex and Alex consistently provided clear communication and embraced a collaborative spirit throughout the preconstruction process. This built trust within our teams, allowing us to move seamlessly toward the tilt-up construction phase. We're excited to see this project come to life and continue our successful partnership with F9 Productions.

I cannot possibly write a more praiseful review than I am for F9 Productions. They are an absolute treasure in Longmont. It is a team of some of the best architects and design professionals anywhere, and their dedication to their clients is unmatched. After an incredible design they put together, we ran into some building challenges and F9 stepped in and resolved everything effortlessly and professionally. They stepped up where other architects may have backed away and left the challenges for the builder to resolve. They immediately took on the challenge and came up with brilliant solutions. A special shout out to Alex Gore and Jason Buss whose architectural talents are unmatched and who time and time again assisted us in getting the design we wanted, getting all the approvals, and solving building challenges on the spot. If you need an architect, you would be crazy to use anyone else in the Boulder/Denver metropolitan area. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The is the second time I've used F9 and I'm just as impressed this time as I was last time. I had an urgent pillar issue develop suddenly and contacted F9. Luckily for me, somehow Lance and company made time in their busy schedule and addressed my problem right away. The project was finished quickly with no issues. I can't recommend F9 highly enough - I will definitely use them for my projects in the future. Thank you, Lance.

We wanted to do a major remodel of a recently purchased home in the foothills above Boulder Colorado. We interviewed several contractors, designers and architects but settled on F9 productions and we couldn’t be happier. Lance Cayko and his team are professional, talented, responsive, and fun to work with. From architecture through design and construction the F9 team provided us with outstanding service in an all-in-one solution to a major remodeling project. They kept our project on schedule and are transparent in pricing, timing and expectations. We are new to remodeling, and the F9 design team provided outstanding suggestions and guidance in all aspects of our project. The design team is topnotch, patient and handles all aspects of home design with a high esthetic and modern flair. Lance managed all aspects of our project from start to finish keeping things on time and high quality. He is communicative quickly responding to emails, questions and concerns.
