We had an excellent experience with Norfolk Kitchen and Bath Braintree location. Torrey Fuller designed our kitchen remodel and was great to work with. Steve Costa the project manager communicated by text and phone timely and always let us know what to expect. Very easy to work with. The carpenters Kevin and Matt were great and everything was picked up and left neat. The electricians and flooring people were also to be commended. Adelya also communicated in detail when payments were due and responded in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Norfolk and would use them again for any future remodeling.

Fantastic Experience – A Stress-Free Kitchen Transformation! Last year we completed a full kitchen design and remodel done and I cannot recommend this team highly enough! My friend recommended kitchen & bath designer Mr. Soni Hanjra from Norfolk Kitchen & Bath, Nashua, NH from the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, their service was exceptional. Mr. Hanjra took our vague ideas and turned them into a stunning, functional space that has truly become the heart of our home. The most impressive part of the experience was the clear communication and adherence to the timeline. They provided us with a detailed schedule upfront, and despite the complexity of the project, they hit every milestone exactly as discussed: •Design & Planning (Weeks 1–3): Mr. Hanjra was incredible, helping us select everything from the shaker-style cabinets to the perfect quartz countertops. They even provided 3D mockups so we could visualize the layout before anything was ordered. •Demolition & Rough-In (Weeks 4–5): The crew arrived exactly when they said they would. Demolition was efficient and surprisingly clean, followed quickly by the electrical and plumbing rough-ins. •Installation (Weeks 6–9): This is where it all came together. The cabinetry were installed first, followed by the countertop templating and installation. Even with the typical 1–2 week lead time for stone fabrication, they kept the project moving forward with other finishing tasks. Finishing Touches (Week 10): The final week was dedicated to the backsplash, appliance hookups, and paint. Throughout the entire process, the team was professional, punctual, and respectful of our home. I highly recommend Norfolk Kitchen & Bath if you are looking for a remodeling team that delivers high-quality craftsmanship without the usual "contractor headaches," this is the one. Our new kitchen exceeded every expectation!

I would not hesitate to recommend Norfolk Kitchen & Cabinet! Paul Hoeffel our kitchen designer was amazing! He completely transformed our kitchen, He was able to get our "wants" met despite a challenging space. Jimmy K, and his installation crew including John, clearly a very skilled carpenter, did fantastic work! The whole team from start to finish were easy to work with, accommodating, and most importantly, delivered on an excellent product. There are many options out there when choosing to do a kitchen remodel, we're very pleased with our decision.

Alyssa (Framingham location) was incredible transforming a 1980s kitchen with poor functional layout (kitchen island/sink 9 feet away from stove and fridge!) and tired, builder grade appearance into my dream kitchen. I didn’t even realize how her helpful framing of questions during the design process were leading us towards improved layout, maximizing space, and beautiful design choices - her expertise was apparent and balanced for someone like me not conversant in design terminology. She made function and design options clear and helped while guiding me to excellent decisions within my desired budget. Steve managed the install by Cristiano - both were great communicating through the install process. High quality craftsmanship, trouble shooting (as Murphy’s Law warrants adjustments!), and making the renderings come to life. I am so pleased and grateful to Norfolk!

Designer, Nicole was/is absolutely Amazing to work with. Impeccable communication and execution throughout the entire project. Her staff Ed, Lee and others all professional and fabulous to work with. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were very fortunate to work with Jennifer at the Salem store on our kitchen and bath design. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful throughout the design and construction process. We had many ideas and layout options in mind and Jen patiently provided us guidance and drawings for every option we requested. It took us several months to decide which direction we wanted to go and Jen was right by our side every step of the way. Every option we presented to her she quickly got to work and had updates for us very quickly with a smile. Norfolk Kitchen and Bath was the BEST choice for our kitchen project. It all started with the best design person, Kate Apablaza. Kate was so patient and understanding with us and made us feel so at ease throughout the whole process. Kates’s knowledge, guidance and ability to pivot, at every step, were definitely top notch. Tony Moutinho, our project manager was awesome. Tony was very attentive, organized, responsive, and thorough. All of the people Tony coordinated with, who came to work on our kitchen, were so nice, polite, prompt, and very professional. Sealing the deal in the BEST possible way were NKB’s own Bud and Shawn, the two carpenters that did absolutely AMAZING work on our kitchen. Those 2 guys are special! Usually, projects have bumps. We really didn’t have any. We still can’t believe that and we feel very lucky to have found NKB. Their one stop all in business model makes the customer experience benchmark. We completed our dream kitchen this April. Working with Kate was excellent! She was patient and knowledgeable with our design decisions. The Medallion cabinets are gorgeous and exceeded our expectations for quality. Great job to the entire Norfolk Framingham team!

We are still in the planning phase and have been working with Jen. She has been amazing to work with and has made the process so far great. She is great with communication and has given us a lot of ideas that we might not have thought about before.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience working with this company on my kitchen remodel. While I was initially optimistic, the project turned out to be poorly managed and stressful. Cons: •The company displayed poor attention to detail and lacked clear communication regarding key decisions, such as color coordination and the style options for the stove wood hood. •They showed little to no regard for customer concerns or worries throughout the process, leaving me feeling unheard and dismissed. •Customer service was disastrous, particularly when it came to planning and scheduling. Installation dates for the countertops and backsplash were constantly delayed or unclear. •Financial management was sloppy—my charges were applied to the wrong card, which added unnecessary frustration. Pros: •The cabinet installation team was the one bright spot. They were professional, tidy, and completed their work to a high standard. Unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed the positives and we had to cancel the Countertop and Backsplash install to avoid a heart attack! I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that prioritizes its customers and delivers on its promises.

NKB Braintree is a wonderful company to work with. We have an absolutely beautiful bathroom thanks to them. Nicola Hood was our designer and we can’t say enough wonderful things about her. Steve Costa was our incredible project manager along with an equally incredible team including Kevin and Matt Murphy, Mentor Malushi, Pellumb Alla and Max. They are all the masters of their craft. Steve was terrific at keeping us informed every step of the way. He also follows through on every concern. We are so happy we went with NKB Braintree and so grateful for the team that took care of us.
