We decided to partner with CORE on a kitchen remodel after engaging with multiple contractors. We were immediately impressed with their professionalism, transparency, and the balance of price vs. quality on our original proposal. However, once we actually started on our contract, we were even more impressed. Throughout the process, every member of the CORE team was friendly, communicative, and accommodating, with an incredibly smooth design and planning process. Once construction started, every subcontractor was extremely skilled, hard-working, professional, and treated our home like their own. We finished our project both on time and within our original budget, never once had to ask for touch-ups or corrections, and have been thrilled with the results. We would absolutely recommend CORE for any project, and we will be happily working with them again on any future projects!

We have used Core to renovate all 3 bathrooms. When a leak occurred on the latest one, they responded quickly and fixed all damages under their warranty. They really do stand behind their work. And they are easy to work with.

We hired Corey, and Core Remodeling to renovate our fifty year old kitchen, replace old carpeting with hardwood flooring throughout the first floor and repair/refinish the stairway to, and hallway upstairs. Brett, our carpenter, was onsite most days, answering all our questions and keeping us informed. We are grateful for his careful planning, attention to detail, and beautiful finished workmanship. It made the whole project much less stressful. From the first day of “deconstruction” to the final finishing touches, everyone we met was courteous, friendly and professional. The demo crew, the plumbers and electricians, the wall guys, the floor guys, the plasterers, the tile guy, the countertop guy(s) the painter (Junior was great) even the inspectors all did their jobs beautifully. If you’re looking to renovate your home, look no further than CORE Remodeling Services. We had a family room and a barely used formal living room with a wall and fireplace in between the two rooms. Our dream was to remove the wall and fireplace to create a more inviting open concept that allowed us to use the entire space. Removing weight bearing walls and adding a 26 foot steel beam recessed into the ceiling was no small feat but seemed like no big deal for Corey and his team. We were impressed with them at every step of the process from the initial design meeting to the final walk through. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuine not only to us, but also to our children and our 3 dogs. We recently had a total bathroom renovation done by Core Remodeling. Dane, the project manager, kept us well informed with scheduling and was so prompt with emails. Alaina, who works in the office, was so efficient with correspondence. Everyone who worked here was courteous and professional. A special thanks to Brett who was the carpenter on this job. He was so helpful and his work was impeccable. Everyone who worked here cleaned up the area when they were finished. When the project was completed we met with Corey, the owner. After working with CORE on a remodel of our kitchen, basement, and bathroom, we knew just who to call when we needed help with our deck. They replaced all the boards with Trex decking and rebuilt the stairs and the railings. We added the replacement of a garage window that was a custom size. We couldn't get over how fast the work got done. But after our previous experience with them, we weren't surprised by the great communication, professionalism, cleanliness, and quality. And they didn't disappoint. They'll be our first call for whatever our next project is.

We recently completed a complex project with Core Remodeling Services involving finishing a large basement, adding a custom bathroom and detailed integration with an AV system company. The entire project team was great to work with, very responsive and highly organized. We really liked the project management app and 3D design software they used. Before bringing in the Core team my husband and I struggled with making decisions around the final design. However once we brought in Corey’s team, they helped with determining the design elements and provided great guidance & suggestions that made the decision process much easier. The Core team was very flexible and happy to work with the company installing our AV system so all the design planning and scheduling was aligned. We highly recommend Core Remodeling and we look forward to doing additional home renovations with their team soon.

CORE did a great job with my bathroom remodeling project. The biggest complication was the fact that my home has only one bathroom. Yet they managed to do a complete rebuild -- right down to bare studs -- while keeping the most critical function available each day. Considering the extent of the work, it went remarkably quickly. It was only about three weeks from the start of demo to completion. In fact, it took longer to make my design choices and get the materials and fixtures on hand than it took to do the actual work. The cost was considerably less than the figure I'd had in mind going in, even though I exceeded my budget on a few items. There were two very minor problems that came to light after completion, but CORE was responsive and took care of them promptly. All in all I couldn't be happier with the result. Thanks, Corey and team! Should have done it years ago!

The work done by Core Remodeling was exceptional! When we purchased the house the kitchen was oddly shaped, dark, and outdated. The guest bathroom had pink and blue tile and our master bedroom was covered in wallpaper and dirty pink carpets. Truly a dream for a first time home buyer. Working with the whole Core team was a breeze, even when we felt like the quirks of our new home could sabotage the project. Having a slanted ceiling in our kitchen at one end meant our cabinets had to be custom cut to fit the space. I was so nervous that a bad cut would mean we'd need to buy new cabinets but the finished product was beyond my expectations. Our master bathroom didn't exist before and with the help of Core Remodeling they were able to take our oversized master bedroom and add an ensuite - the best decision we've ever made! They also brought in someone to paint the blue and pink tiles in our guest bathroom white which completely transformed the space. The whole house is now bright, modern, and feels like a real home. The cost of everything, in the beginning, seems intimidating and so does the timeline but when it's all done you realize the value of updating your home, especially during covid times, is priceless not to mention the value of our home greatly increased. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.
