We had a small bathroom renovation done and it took them 11 weeks to complete. It was one mishap after another, from the cracked tile to the poorly installed plumbing. After the owner came out to see all the mistakes, he denied any wrongdoing of his staff. What a HUGE disappointment, and I would never recommend them.

It was a real pleasure working with Homelink to update our master bath. The granite countertop, sinks & new fixtures are beautiful. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable & completely supportive from start to finish. Highly recommend this company!

We love our master bath remodel by Homelink! They turned our 1980s funky chopped-up space into a beautiful glass-shower retreat emphasizing our window on the woods. Homelink was great to work with. I especially appreciated the work plan they gave us at the beginning. Homelink and their subcontractors were very responsive to questions and finished the project close to the promised time. We liked their work so much we are now planning to have them do our kitchen!

Homelink and I have a long history of work! They are a company that I have always recommended to my clients because I've used them both personally, and for my business. I've never received a complaint from a customer I've recommended to them and I've always had a pleasant experience when working with them. The communication they've provided is always extremely appreciated and all of my projects with them have been done on time or have finished early!

Reasonable time line, everything done with the highest degree of consideration and we came in UNDER budget (a rarity these days). I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to hire HomeLink as my general contractor. They opened up my kitchen and dining rooms together by removing the wall, installing a custom cabinet/banquette seating bench and installed hardwood flooring throughout. They also put in new lighting and completed some work in our crawl space. We are very pleased.

We considered not providing a review of work provided by Homelink; however, we relied on reviews when selecting a contractor to complete our master bathroom renovation and painting of our bedroom. We believe it is important to have all the information so we are sharing our experience. We want to first note, the bathroom is now complete and looks great. We are pleased with the final product. Unfortunately, the 13 weeks it took to complete what was supposed to be a 4-6 week project were not smooth and the process could have been much better. The project management was meager; communication and responsiveness, lax. We had many issues along the way that were not dealt with appropriately. For example, the painters dripped paint on our bed linens (ruining them) and newly installed tub. They also rinsed materials in our kitchen sink and did not clean the sink. When the project manager was notified, there was a lack of response until it was escalated. Many of the issues were due to a lack of project coordination/ oversight that resulted in major delays. For example, the wrong lights were installed, taking about 4 weeks to fix. The shower faucet was installed improperly. The newly installed vanity damaged because they did not cover it while doing tile work. There are other examples of this. Homelink did quality work but the focus on the customer and the process needs improvement.

Homelink completed a master bathroom remodel this spring. The bathroom was transformed from a 20 + year old functioning room to a beautiful spa-like space just as I had envisioned. It was a complete remodel including vanity, shower, tub, floors, wall, etc. Bill has taken care of many projects around our home over the years; this one was by far the most impressive. His service is always great quality and he is extremely responsive to his customers. Thanks to Bill Maslink and Homelink for making our home wonderful.

We first used Homelink for a smaller project in our kitchen which was to install a new backsplash. We were so pleased with their work that we hired them last fall to remodel our master bath. They are wonderful to work with from their design ideas to the quality of workmanship to the finished product! We were so pleased with the result of our master bath remodel that we are currently in the process of remodeling our second bath and laundry room. I highly recommend Homelink.

We hired Homelink to remodel our master bathroom. They did an excellent job. We got exactly what we wanted. All of the workers were very nice and good at dealing with the chaos of our house - a dog and 2 crazy kids. We highly recommend them.

2 months before I had major surgery, I decided to remodel my master bathroom. I found Homelink on the houzz site. Not only were they up for the challenge, they exceeded all of my expectations. This was my 1st home improvement project, I had no clue what I was getting into. Homelink's personalized care and wonderful team of contractors/suppliers made the whole experience easy.
