We had an outstanding experience with Cory and his crew during our full master bathroom remodel. From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and easy to work with. Cory was fast to communicate updates and let us know about necessary next steps, delays, and other changes to the plan. The main crew (Mike and Josh) were always punctual, respectful of our home, and kept the workspace clean. They are absolute gems of craftsmen and ensured that each aspect of our remodel -- everything from demolition to new vanity and lighting installation -- was completed with care and precision. What really impressed us was that Cory worked hard to remedy any and all mistakes or problems immediately, keeping our project on track without compromising quality. We highly recommend Cory and his team to anyone looking for reliability and beautiful results. My wife and I are already discussing our next home project and cannot wait to have them back!

Cory Peterson and his wonderful crew remodeled my kitchen, bathroom and a bit more; patching cracks in ceiling, all new baseboards and trim, painted the entire area. When there were issues with cabinets fit, Mike got creative and it looks better than if they came the right measurement. OMG, the quartz counters look beautiful especially the seams! I am very picky and the whole upstairs is beautiful! The follow up has been great too! I know it's scarey to pick a contractor, was for me and finding Cory was a God send.

The best! I only trust Cory, Mike and Josh for projects on our house. They work very hard, are extremely honest and are just great people. We have had almost our entire house renovated by them and will continue to have them work on future projects. Highly, highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed.

Cory and his team did a fantastic job with our basement bathroom. Everything was kept clean and barriers were in place to control dust. The tile is so beautiful and the cement floor paint came out very nice - a definite upgrade from the previous bathroom. Cory was a great communicator throughout the process and we never felt out of the loop on the details. We recommend this company for your next project.

We had a leak under our sink that required a new cabinet and repair to the whole area. AC Burton Homes was a friendly group to work with that worked to make this basic repair worth the time and effort. They stay consistent with cost even with new issues that popped up during the project. Mike was great at working the old and new together and was extremely conscientious.

This company was our saving grace!! We had a bit of a disaster happen with a cabinet install and Cory, Mike & Joshua came out (a significant distance outside of the area) to fix the problem. They spent several days for long hours perfecting and fixing the situation. End result?: Beautiful!!! They were nice and respectful in our home, communicative, incredibly hard working and attentive to detail. I wish they did more work out here-I'd have them finish my remodel. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much you guys-one of the best experiences we've had during this remodel!!

Cory did an outstanding job transforming our office from a neglected space into a professional and inviting environment. He was highly communicative throughout the entire process, providing detailed updates and accommodating my busy schedule. His professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability set him apart in an industry where strong communication and personable service can be hard to find. I only wish I had more properties in Washington—or a private plane to bring him to my projects nationwide! I highly recommend Cory to anyone in need of a skilled and dependable contractor.

In 2019, we contracted Cory with AC Burton Homes to manage the construction on our 3600 sqft + private residence on a sloped and wooded 5 acre lot. Our Mountain Craftsman design was a complex project with tremendous upside in value if executed to owner specifications. Cory and his team of contractors nailed it, completing a home valued in excess of the cost to build. Of the seven local area contractors we interviewed, Cory provided the most flexibility and willingness to work with us on material and contractor selections to minimize costs and maximize value in the areas most important to us. If you've got a clear vision of your project and want a general contractor to work with you and just manage the construction, you can't go wrong with AC Burton Homes. We'll definitely use Cory and his team again on future projects.

We hired for help with our feasibility before purchasing a property. I found it extremely helpful there is already so much to deal with during the process so having a pro help out was great. Made multiple trips to walk the property with us, got us fully set up with quotes for future jobs, and dealt with paperwork/county headaches so we didn’t have to! Also there was a lot I didn’t know about permits/set backs and it was very valuable to have someone to explain all of that to us before making our decisions!

Cory and his team did an amazing job repairing our building after we were broken into and our main entrance was extremely damaged. The team was prompt, the work was excellent, the price was fair and competitive, the crew were courteous and professional and the outcome was more than we could have hoped for. We will use them again for our commercial work but I will use then at our home as well. I can highly recommend Cory and his team.
