Our experience working with mfm design group was outstanding! From our initial meeting, through the entire design process and even during construction when we made a couple of design changes, the mfm design group delivered exceptional and professional service every step of the way. In addition to being a very experienced and talented Architect, what we appreciated most when working with Matthew was his ability to listen to our goals and visions and then incorporate them into a very custom design that accomplished our specific needs and vision. mfm design group exceeded our expectations in every way possible!

Matt was extremely easy to work with, and seemed to know what we wanted before we did. His style of listening is very intuitive, and he was open to working with us on the few changes we asked for from the initial drawings. He was also patient and clear with his explanations when we had...uninformed...questions about what we could and could do, haha!

Matt came to us highly recommended from a friend. I had looked at several of his plans ahead of beginning to work with him and his designs stood out as unique and functional with a key eye for design elements. From our first conversation, Matt paid attention to what my husband and I were looking for in our new home build. He traveled 1.5 hours to our land to see our vision in person. We were blown away when we saw the first draft of the design. It was exactly what we wanted and even better than we had hoped. Matt's level of detail and thought that went into the plan was amazing. His communication was very timely and any revisions to the plans were done within a matter of hours. We are now getting ready to build and are so excited to see Matt's work come to life!

MFM Design Group lead by Matthew [SENSITIVE INFORMATION HIDDEN] are a pleasure to work with. We took a concept from ideas to completed plans and CAD drawings in just over a month. Matt took our ideas and used his vast architectural experience to guide us through each step of the process. Matthew was our architect in designing our new house from scratch on a new near Lake Georgetown. Our process started with some simple drawing where we captures our ideas. Matthew was extremely effective at listening to understand what was important for us and providing feedback and inputs to make everything come together. He was instrumental in finding the right balance between what we wanted and what could be built. He helped us position the house on our lot to optimize the available space, preserving the existing trees and setting the stage to design a home with a great curbside appeal. We enjoyed the overall design process and we extremely pleased with the final outcome, now that we have lived here for a few months. We highly recommend Matthew for both hill country or more modern home styles.

We had a several ideas regarding the components for our new house, but no idea how to formulate a plan. Matt Manuel patiently listened to us and considered all of our requests. He designed our house to meet every single need and produced a beautiful looking house plan. We would highly recommend MFM Design.

We used Matt to design a custom home for us. My wife and I had viewed hundreds of floor plans online and not found exactly what we wanted. We weren't even sure if it was possible to get everything we wanted into the square footage we were trying to achieve. We met with Matt and told him what we liked about our current home, what we didn't like, and how we utilized our space, along with some of the features and esthetics we wanted in our new home. We were shocked when the initial design came back. Matt nailed it! The design was near perfect, and so efficient. There was no wasted space, and had everything we wanted. Matt even thought of some things we hadn't which made the plan even better. Matt was very easy to work with, and extremely responsive as we made some minor tweaks along the way to get the plans exactly where we wanted. Working with Matthew to design our custom home was a pleasure from the beginning to the end. His website and detailed customer questionnaire was very clear and informative of his design process. We are very pleased with his attention to detail and ability to clearly convey into a design what we wanted in our home. He was very attentive and thoroughly listened to what we were saying. All of the builders that we've interviewed for building our home were very impressed with the design and the details. I couldn't recommend Matthew enough. He's just a super great guy and a pleasure to work with.

Working with mfm design group was heaven sent. As a first time homebuilder, Matt was so incredibly patient with me, thoroughly explained the process, offered up his professional opinion regularly and was impressively creative. This. Man. Listens. I was completely blown away that with just a bit of information from his well delivered process plan and discovery work, Matt really interpreted what my family needs were, as well as what we were hoping for, and hit it out of the park. He contributed so many well thought out design suggestions that met form and function flawlessly. 100 stars.

Matt did such a great job working with us and our particular needs. He was always responsive and would let us know whether something would be in our best interests or something else would work better for us for the house. We highly recommend him!
