I wish I could give a zero star review. I lost many, many thousands of dollars to this business. The work was only partially completed and of very poor and substandard quality. In fact, I had to pay other professionals over $10,000 to correct the mistakes and poor workmanship done. One of the employees of this business is also well known to the ROC and news stations of Phoenix for taking innocent consumers money and not doing any work or doing very poor quality work. This business did have the opportunity to make this right but they have not, many excuses and promises but no delivery on this. If you do not want to give away your money, RUN away from this business.

I needed help remodeling a bathroom. Elizabeth went above and beyond to keep my project on time, on budget and updated. I would highly recommend this company.

Our 1960's petite pink master bathroom was way overdue for a complete remodel. But we were puzzled about how to make this small space feel more open and efficient. Designer Elizabeth from North Valley Interiors came up with a brilliant solution and now our bathroom feels life a luxurious spa! Elizabeth, Dave and Kathy were so helpful, friendly and fun, always responding quickly to any requests both large and small. They communicated very well with our contractors and solved problems like true professionals. Their experience, exquisite taste and knowledge guided us to choose beautiful white beveled subway tile, marble flooring and gorgeous bathroom mirrors and fixtures. We also were fortunate to have fabulous contractors, Handcraft Builders, whose quality workmanship always exceeds our expectations. We were able to use the last piece of a quartzite slab from our kitchen remodel and even had it lit from the underside which illuminates the bathroom vanity drawer. The room's opaque pocket door make the most of a small space and an antique mini chandelier in the closet adds a surprise and a bit of glamour. My husband and I recently hired North Valley Interiors in Phoenix, AZ to do our kitchen remodel. They were recommended by a friend and we couldn't be happier. Dave and Elizabeth worked closely with us helping us to choose the best products and still keeping within our budget. They were always available for questions no matter how many times I called. Their knowledge and experience made the whole project run smoothly. We are extremely pleased with the result and can't thank them enough. Our kitchen is the envy of all our friends and family. If you are thinking of a remodel or just have a small project North Valley Interiors are the ones to call. I highly recommend them for any job, big or small, you will be impressed with the final result.

North Valley Interiors was very helpful in assisting my wife and I with a recent remodel of our master bath room and a new counter top in our kitchen. We changed fixture choices as well as color and type of tile for the bathroom (before anything was ordered) but they were always understanding and very willing to assist. We highly recommend them for your remodeling projects.

I was extremely pleased with the work of North Valley Interiors. The finished product was exactly what I wanted and David & Elizabeth were always available for questions and design assistance. Their contractors were dependable, courteous and very technically skilled and I would highly recommend them. Elizabeth has excellent skill in design and really provided great ideas and materials selections to create my dream master bath!

I had a wonderful experience working with North Valley Interiors! I have been through many remodels over the years so can easily attest to their professionalism, experience, meeting the deadline and sticking to the decided budget. They were so "user friendly". They spent hours and hours trying to come up with a plan we were satisifed with. They were always pleasant and happy to re-do any changes we had. We had several after the initial plan was approved upon. if need be they would come to our home after I arrived home from work to discuss concerns I had over tile color, and accent glass tiles. They spent so much time comparing tiles until we were sure we chose the ones we liked. On 2 occasstions we chose a tile and then changed our minds. They did not mind at all and the following day returned to our home with 3 other choices for comparisons they thought would work.!!!!! They had 3 contractors come to our home with estimates and made sure we understood what was included etc. We established a budget which North Valley adhered to until WE chose more costly materials. The job was completed as scheduled. They made sure all the materials werre available PRIOR to demolition ensuring any stalls in job completion. Found a mirror and glass company that would save us money! Brought us paint samples to help with matching our master bath to our bedroom. I highly recommend North Valley Interiors!!!

Dave and Elizabeth with NVI (North Valley Interiors) were knowledgeable and helpful. They came to our home and helped us formulate the plans for our kitchen renovation. Opie from NVI measured for cabinetry and delivered blueprints and drawings for what our kitchen would become. Their suggestions and advice helped us keep the project on time and budget. Through NVI we obtained materials for flooring, cabinets, countertops and a referral for a contractor who handled all the installation as well as the electrical, plumbing and painting the exterior of our house. Entire project was complete in 5 weeks. My wife is very happy with her new kitchen and I recommend North Valley Interiors and their affiliates for any remodel/renovation needs.

Dave and Elizabeth were very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us thru our decisions on materials and design for our bathroom. They were patient and supportive thru our many changes in material choices. They were always available to answer questions we had. We had many challenges during the project and they were always there to be our advocate with the construction company. They made sure we were happy with the finished project. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Just completed a remodel in Flagstaff with Dave and his cabinet "guru", Opie. Both of them and Dave's wife, Elizabeth, were great! We basically knew what we wanted and had shopped for counters and cabinets in Flagstaff and North Valley beat everyone. I did a complete kitchen remodel using North Valley Interiors. I heard a lot of horror stories about doing kitchen remodels and I am happy to say that my story was a fairy tale come true instead of a horror story. Dave and Elizabeth at NVI were the consummate professionals. They delivered everything they said they were going to and more. I have a beautiful kitchen that has become the showpiece of my home. I have redone my floors with wood look cermic tile with them and am getting ready to do a master bath remodel with them next. I highly recommend NVI to anyone consiering a remodel.

Our experience with North Valley Interiors could not have been better! Dave and Elizabeth helped us find just the right tile and deco band for each of our three showers and then matched it beautifully with the cabinets and countertops in each room. Dave was in constant contact with us and the contractor throughout the process and was very responsive when we needed more tile or had any problems.
