Wow! What can we say that hasn’t been said before! We Love our new pool by Mystic Pools. Sure, we have owned pool homes before but we have never enjoyed the experience or been happier with the finished product than now . I think it’s because not only does the owner but every single person on their team takes a personal interest in the project and show pride in their work. Mystic adds the personal touch, customizing a space that flows and making our vision a reality. Oh, and they stayed on time despite a snow storm the day after the pool was poured! Craig Baxley

Dusty and the entire crew at Mystic Pools are the best! They are honest, professional, and hard working. Dusty has put together a fantastic operation. From Amy answering emails and providing us any info we needed, to Dusty working with us on design, to Kory managing our project (but always making time for a phone call or stopping to talk and let us know what they were doing and what was next), to Dusty's dad, Don being on site helping out, to Keith providing us with a thorough and very helpful run down of how to operate and maintain our pool - it was just a great experience and we are very happy with the finished product. The only thing that exceeds their professionalism is the quality of the pools they build!

This is the second pool that Mystic Pools has built for us. Todd and I were completely amazed with our first pool done by Mystic Pools with how fast and easy the process was. Our second pool completed in August 2019 was more than we ever expected with all of the water features, sun shelf and spa. We shared with Amy and Dusty what features we wanted, they put it together and made it a reality! We can’t say enough nice things about Amy, Dusty and their awesome Mystic Pools Team!

When my family decided to take the plunge(ha).. we contacted a few pool professionals. 1. Mystic was the only one who got back to me. 2. Our friends had a pool by Mystic and just loved the entire experience. So that was good enough for me. Dusty and his crew are amazing. They treated us with respect the entire time, whether it was design, planning, coordination, updates, upgrades, you name it. They always had a smile to the tone of their voice and knocked it out. The Pool itself is just perfect in every way. I can't image having gone through this major construction project with anyone else. I fully recommend and have already to a few of our friends who have seen the finished product. A+++

We purchased the empty lot next to our home in hopes of creating a backyard escape! Dusty and Amy helped us do just that. With their help and a few additions to our original plan, we were able to get the pool/hot tub combo that turned out better than we could have ever expected! I also have to note that Keith was great in walking me through (maybe more than once!) how to operate our equipment! Our kids swim year round and we love that we have a space to entertain and also for our girls to hang out with friends! Thank you Mystic Pools!!
