We recently wrapped up a full interior remodel of our home, including a complete kitchen renovation, and we’re so glad we chose to work with James and his team. From the start, James made the process feel approachable and well-organized. One of the things that really stood out was the in-house design support. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but the design team helped bring it all together—offering great suggestions while still keeping our personal style front and center. They made big decisions (like layouts, materials, finishes) way less overwhelming. The quality of the work is top-notch. You can tell James cares about doing things the right way. Everything from the cabinetry and flooring to the lighting and trim feels solid, clean, and really well done. The kitchen especially turned out better than we ever imagined—it's now our favorite space in the house. As for project management, things moved along smoothly. James kept everything on track and made sure we knew what was happening at each step. He was super responsive anytime we had questions or needed to talk through changes, which we really appreciated. Communication throughout the project was great. James is easy to talk to, honest, and really good at explaining things in a straightforward way. We always felt like we were in the loop and that any concerns were taken seriously. All in all, we had a great experience working with James. He’s reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about the work he does. We'd absolutely recommend him to anyone planning a home or kitchen remodel.

We hired Massey Remodel + Design to do a full remodel of our main living area. This included our kitchen, dinning room, entry and powder room. The area was gutted to the sub-flooring and studs. New tile flooring, lighting, cabinets, window, door, paint, appliances, electrical, plumbing, counters, etc. From the start they listened and took our ideas to heart. Took us to showrooms, and presented ideas and options that fit our style. As the project progressed, it was very helpful to see the ideas come to life through 3D computer renderings. This allowed us to see how the design would look in the final configuration. Demo and construction phase was also done very well. As with any project of this size, there were hurdles to overcome and it was great to have a contractor that addressed any issue immediately and always had our well being in mind. Their pride and professionalism was evident throughout the entire project. One of the most important aspects of any remodel is scheduling and communicating. Questions that arose during construction were handled promptly and we were never left hanging, wondering what was going on. At the end of the day, the project took about 3 months, so it was right on schedule and we really appreciated that! Wrapping things up, we are so happy with the final outcome! Not only is it beautiful but functional too. Should we have another remodel need we will surely be giving Massey Remodel +Design a call.
