Lisa did an outstanding job for us. She re-designed our kitchen, from the floor to the ceiling lights. She recommended kitchen cabinets, china cabinet, sink, countertops and island. She ordered all parts from the manufacturer, worked directly with the contractor to insure timeliness of all the work necessary, from removing all the old cabinets, flooring and lighting. I have a small master bath that I wanted to update. By the time we sat down to discuss choices, Lisa already had several ideas ready to present to me. She took the time to explain all the choices of materials and styles, and explained how the entire process of the remodel would work. As things progressed, she was very quick in responding to any questions that I had and was very patient with me as I agonized over colors (as I am colorblind). I am very happy with how the bathroom turned out. Lisa is very knowledgeable in her field. She is professional and friendly and stayed in constant contact to make sure that I was kept up-to-date and happy with the progress throughout the entire renovation. Highly recommended.

Lisa was approachable, knowledgeable, and a good listener. She has great design ideas and respect my choices and design decisions. She responded to all my questions and messages in a timely manner. My wife and I worked with Lisa to redesign our master and 2nd bath in the upstairs of our house. We appreciated right away that Lisa is she is very friendly and easy to talk to. She really listened to what we disliked about our current bathrooms, and our thoughts and requirements about what we wanted. Initially we had more broad ideas about design than lots of specifics, and Lisa brought helpful suggestions into the discussion about design ideas as well as material choices. She is not pushy, but she will suggest as much or as little as you want her to. But she is always respectful to you as the customer. Lisa is also very experienced in dealing with the contractors in the remodel process. She knows their lingo, how they operate, and how to work with them to deliver the best results for the customer. I would do business with her again and highly recommend her for her excellent design and warm, friendly personality. You can see our remodel under Holmes kitchen. We are so very pleased with the outcome. The process of remodeling is certainly not pleasant and can be down right stressful. In come Lis Pugmire! Lisa couldn't have been more pleasant, positive or helpful. I knew when I needed help she would be there and when there were problems she would quickly get things back on track. She also has a sense of fairness and made sure that our best interests were taken care of. If she says she will do something, she will. We would definitely go to Lowes again and would most definitely want to work with Lisa.

Lisa helped us select counter-tops and floor tile for our kitchen. This was our second redo for the kitchen and this experience was much more enjoyable than the first. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in selecting our granite counter-top which we love. Most importantly she kept the lines of communication open between us and the contractors who also did an exceptional job and were on-time. Overall we are VERY pleased with our updated kitchen!!
