The project I hired Rock for was to remove an existing natural stone retaining wall, remove 50 yards of material to widen my driveway, and rebuild a new Unilock retaining wall with a set of granite steps. I solicited 3 contractors, and Rock was very competitive with their quote and I felt the most comfortable hiring them after conversations with all 3. Sebby and his crew did a great job and completed the project in a timely fashion. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently they got things done, even coordinating with the electrician to install a lamp post. The end result was outstanding! When I decided to have a sidewalk and steps to my walk out basement door installed, I was surprised by how few online reviews I was able to find about landscape contractors in my area. I ended up cold calling three different companies to get some estimates. Rock Landscaping's quote was very reasonable compared to the others. His quote was so good, I added a sidewalk from my driveway to the front door to the project. Rock was excellent about designing my project. He took what I wanted and made some modifications that made the job even better. I had always planned on straight and angular pathways, but Rock convinced me that arcs and curves were the way to go, and he was right. The crew worked very hard for the 4 or 5 days they were here. They took few breaks and were very polite and respectful to my wife and I. They were neat when they were done they picked up any debris and left the place looking good. We are thrilled with the work they did. I was concerned about some grass seedlings coming up in a few of the joints, but Rock came back when I called him and took care of it. He even gave me a supply of the matching polymeric sand to have on hand. This job was done in Sept. of 2016. I have waited to see how the work held up to winters and ground settling. All still looks good. I would strongly recommend Rock Landscaping and Construction to anyone looking for a quality job done at a great price.
