Regatta Building & Development II

Our Regatta builder was exceptional. Mr David Rieger went above and beyond to help us with the design/furnishing of the game room (man cave). He set up the exact closing date we needed. We really appreciated the closing date as we were moving from Germany to Florida with a very busy schedule to take care of. Beyond the closing, Mr Rieger proved himself very knowledgeable and did so in a professional manner. The quality of the work is great and the home was build within our budget. Our home was 100% ready for us to move in. Our home is very spacious, the lay out is great. We love the high ceilings and the fact that our four bedrooms are big; we like how the natural light effortlessly pours in. Great, efficient designing of the floor plan. We would heartily recommend Regatta Building to future customers.

My experiences with Regatta Building and Development have been great ones. They definitely raised the bar in their profession. You always expect good service, quality in workmanship and end product, but I can honestly say, they EXCEEDED any and all my expectations. They were quick to resolve issues and were in constant communication with updates and the status of the project. Great, great company which I would highly recommend to even the pickiest perfectionist!!!!

The 4000 square foot house "Kimberly" built by Regatta Building and Development is a dream. This was a house built with attention to detail from the corners of the crown molding to the tile work in the bathrooms. The layout of the house is multifunctional for either retired persons who like land and interior living space to families with children. The family gathering room and kitchen is designed for the gourmet cook or one who likes to barbecue. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the block construction, the window placements and lovely entry way porch and brick pavers. We recommend this company and the personnel who take into consideration the personal needs of the dwellers. As my 94 year old Dad stated, " this is a well constructed house with craftsmanship throughout."

Our builder was very professional, personable, and on site nearly every day. He was accommodating to all our special requests that made our custom home styled perfectly for our needs. Excellent workmanship and finished the home exactly when promised. So pleased with our dream home.
