I was so satisfied with the work after the original job of expanding and reframing a closet door and redoing the closet itself that Xactbuild became my choice for the additional projects in my newly purchased row home. A new laundry closet built, new flooring throughout the upstairs, baseboards replaced, bathroom built in the basement and garage completely redone to be more functional. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I would highly recommend Xactbuild and have already recommended them to my son for his planned project.

I have known Santos Vega, the principle at Xactbuild for 15 years. He is driven to provide his customer with the best work possible. He goes out of his way to make things right, to bring issues to the attention of the home owner, and to propose solutions. As an engineer, I want input into how work is done on my home. Xact has built a large custom deck for us, completed in the Fall of 2019. Then in March of 2021, they gutted and rebuilt our bathroom, removing all walls, re-plumbing, new tile. In Jan of 2022, they are busy working on our laundry room (gutting, moving one door to the garage and replacing the other with a pocket door, all electrical, new lighting, new tile floor). As they finish the laundry room, they will gut a hallway and our powder room. This project will end with a gutting of our family room and a complete re-model. The first project had its challenges. It went longer than any of us wanted. Perhaps Xact can post photos of that project and all the others.
