We had never done a large interior remodel project before and we weren't sure what to expect, but the Rigsby Group team was wonderful and helpful every step of the way. The design team helped us refine our vision and got us started on making our dream kitchen a reality and Tim, Chase and Nancy were always there to answer our questions, give us suggestions, step in to handle everything we needed and were very accommodating to our personal schedules and other needs. They were also very open to our ideas and were encouraging and enthusiastic always, which made the process so much easier-- and fun! All of the contractors that they brought in were friendly, courteous, respectful and helpful, and all of them did such an amazing job. It was a great relief that we didn't have to find contractors and manage them ourselves, it really made the whole process less stressful. And they all did such great work! We get so many compliments on our kitchen and how beautiful it is. We are so very happy with it and love it. We would definitely have the Rigsby Group do another project for us in the future.

Our basement flooded and my husband and I decided it needed a gut and complete remodel, so it was an easy decision for us to choose to work with Rigsby Group on this project. From our first to last meeting with Rigsby Group, they provided us with guidance and the confidence we needed in the decision making process to create a beautiful added space for our family. They were patient with us as we really figured out what it was we wanted to include in our basement and they were full of great ideas. They brought our vision to life through different renderings, and they weren't satisfied with the layout until we were. In roughly 750 square feet, they were able to include everything and more that we wanted - a functional living space with a full wet bar, a beautiful laundry room, powder room, a play area for our toddler, and lots of storage. From there, it was incredible to see the quality of their work and the attention to detail they brought to every square foot of our basement from the functionality aspect to furnishings and everything in-between. We very much enjoyed our experience working with Rigsby Group. From our perspective, constructing an addition to our home is a big deal and intimidating. But Tim, Chase and Nancy were unfailingly polite, kind, understanding and supportive of all our questions and concerns. I was able to get an immediate response pretty much any time I called or texted. We appreciated the advice, direction and feedback we got. We always felt listened to. These are pleasant and professional people to work with. We appreciate the transparency of pricing. Contract and invoicing is clear and fair. Questions are answered. This was an important part of our experience. We were able to trust this team from start to finish. That trust is worth a great deal. I also want to make note of the carpentry team that Rigsby employs. Great people who do amazing work. I received several admiring comments from friends and neighbors about the quality of finish in our project. And just to give you an idea of how helpful and responsive this group is, we had a huge table in our garage to move into the new space. The Rigsby Group took care of our project from conception to completion. It soon became clear that the house needed to be taken down to the studs. Through their creative plans and utilization of every square inch possible, we went form a 3 bedroom 2 baths 1940’s house to a mid century meets eclectic 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths without 1 inch of square footage added to the house. The results and transformation is truly spectacular and their attention to detail is beyond what we could have ever hoped for. Nancy’s keen eye for interior design and colors was so welcome and Tim’s efficient weekly updates and follow through with subs was so reassuring. Even though our project did not ultimately come to fruition, we asked the Rigsby team if we could review them because we were pleased with the experience we had with their group. We were looking to remodel our home with an addition, and they came up with a creative design that checked off nearly all of our boxes. Throughout the process of determining if we would commence with the remodel, Tim and Nancy were approachable, calm, friendly, and most importantly, responsive to our questions. Ultimately, the project ended up bidding out at a cost higher than our budget could allow, but we felt this was a square footage issue unique to our property, not an outcome related to their good efforts. in our partnership with the Rigsby Group, we learned a lot about our home, our own goals, and the possibilities we could entertain to transform our home. We will be keeping them in our contacts list should a future project renew our connection with them, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

Tim and Nancy are amazing! We LOVE our upstairs remodel. He gave us exactly what we wanted and stayed within our budget. He is transparent with billing and we never felt like we were getting the run around. He was onsite everyday and checking up on things.... our kids loved seeing his truck pull up and when the remodel was finished they missed seeing him daily. His subcontractors (not sure if that’s the right name) were great - friendly, professional and efficient. Nancy was fun to work with! I totally felt like I was on an HGTV show... picking out tile, countertops, paint color, etc. She makes choosing the final details fun and not overwhelming. She listened to what my ideas/visions were and helped me pull everything together with her expertise all while staying in budget. Remodeling can be difficult and overwhelming - especially for a family that doesn’t know a hammer from a wrench. Rigsby made the experience easy and fun (even during Covid) and we will make sure to have him do our kitchen before he retires! :)

We have received rave reviews from everyone who has seen our new kitchen. Both Tim and Nancy are great to work with. The initial design process took some time but was well worth it. The 3D renderings allowed us to make a couple significant design changes that we are so happy with. As a team Tim and Nancy provide the best of construction and design. We contacted The Rigsby Group and requested a quote to completely build-out and remodel an approximately 1,300 square foot unfinished basement and create a “Lady Lair” space for the lady of the house to enjoy. We needed everything done – framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, millwork, painting, electrical, and plumbing work. The Rigsby Group had, by far, the most professional initial presentation. We were impressed with Tim Rigsby from the moment he met with us face-to-face and presented the company brochure. Tim and Nancy Rigsby are two of the nicest, most talented business people we have ever met. They have many years of professional design and construction experience and their subcontractors produced exceptional quality work. The subcontractors were quiet, clean, and neat – they respected our home. Tim and Nancy always did a great job making recommendations and explaining our options. Tim and Nancy patiently guided us through every step in the process. They would answer our calls or emails – no matter the time of day. The project began precisely as Tim scheduled and the project was completed just shy of three months (again, when promised). The project came in right on budget; there were no surprises or hidden fees or costs. The overall experience was far less stressful than we anticipated. We will definitely recommend them and definitely use them again. 10 STARS!!

We worked with Tim and Nancy to design and build a pool house in our backyard. Tim had solutions for building on a very difficult plot of land, that other builders said could not be done. He had great connections with many trades. His carpenter, also Tim, was incredibly hard working and meticulous. Nancy was a blast to work with, picking details and finishes. She has an eye for design and was able to bring my vision to fruition. We had many laughs together throughout the process as well. Rigsby group was able to find solutions to arising problems secondary to building during COVID as well. Very grateful to have found them. My husband and I will definitely use them in the future for other projects.

They have a depth of design, architecture, engineering and construction experience that not only ends up beautiful but incorporate a high quality level of work and living flow. The upfront time they spend to design, understand your vision, work with you on budget and timing is so valuable. A complete floor renovation came in 2 weeks within estimated time and within planned budget.

STUNNING! That is the word we would use to describe our new kitchen. Working with Tim and Nancy was a phenomenal experience. From start to finish they made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. Tim and Nancy are truly amazing to work with. After, the first conversation with Tim, I knew he would be easy to work with. We had our first conference call with Tim and Nancy on a Sunday afternoon. (conference call because we live about 1000 miles from the home we remodeled) we knew we should meet and ultimately we hired them. We did a total remodel of a home that was built in 1992 and the project went extremely smoothly. (in addition to the updating, we added a bathroom, a second laundry room, and a second kitchen) Both Tim and Nancy, kept us up to date on progress, via a weekly email with work scheduled and text messages, phone calls. Photos, were sent frequently. All of the subs hired were extremely polite and respectful of the property. The neighbors, said that we had someone working every day at the house. Surprise, visits by our family, were never a surprise for Tim and Nancy, they showed them around and explained what was going on. The project was about a 2 year project, as we did several different phases, and each phase is absolutely beautiful. The only issue is they are 1000 miles away and our TX home needs a refresh, and would truly love for them to come to TX to do the work. I would use them again for any project small or large.

Tim and Nancy, and their team of expert craftsmen helped to re-create a master piece built in 1880. The Frame House was built by my great-great grandfather, and stayed in the family until 1973 when it was converted to office space, until I was fortunate enough to bring it back into the family for generations to come. By reconfiguring the first and second floors, they were able to bring this historic building to modern use, while preserving the integrity of the past.

For health needs, we needed a first floor powder room converted to a full bath. We were also hoping for a first floor laundry. They drew up plans and handled the whole project from start to finish. The remodel stayed true to the house. Overall, we are very happy with the remodeling a little more than a month out. There was an additional unplanned plumbing needed which increased price 10%. They finished the project in 3 months. Our house is not large so having house “guests” for that long seemed difficult. Overall, the project was worth it.

It was a real pleasure working with Nancy and Tim on our new garage. We purchased a lovely lake home that Rigsby group built for the previous owner. The lot presented serious challenges due to its size, existing easements, and environmental setbacks. The house is beautiful and the quality speaks for itself. It needed a garage however and the hurdles we had to overcome with similar environmental restrictions and governmental barriers seemed insurmountable at times. Persistance and Tim's guidance helped us with all the permits and variances. We now have a beautiful garage that perfectly matches the house in appearance and quality. They kept us informed throughout the project and responded promptly to any questions or concerns. I would recommend Rigsby Group for any construction project and we plan to use them again to remodel a small garage into an art studio.

We did an extensive remodel including an addition. We experienced very few days with no activity. Our timeline was tight and they hit every deadline. We truly appreciated their professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. We had a couple challenges that arose outside of ours or the Rigsby's control, and they never flinched, holding others accountable to keep things on schedule and making sure everything was done right. Tim and Nancy are a highly professional, competent team. Planning of the project was detailed and respectful of our spoken and not-so-spoken wants, which they helped us articulate by showing us the impact of choices before we began. Pricing was transparent and detailed with frequent updates. The only changes were minor adds in scope on our part. This was a major project on a 100+ year old house and there were many surprises. Pricing was adhered to despite many small unknowns that popped up. Tim was on site every day and had good command of all the contractors. He refused to close out the project until I was happy with every detail. He was more picky with quality than me...and I'm an engineer.
