From window treatments, to delivery and installation, the process was seamless. His pleasant manner, product knowledge and suggestions made him the perfect choice for our new home. Excellent service and ,great quality! Consultants are deeply knowledgeable of all their rugs, furnishings, fabrics, textures, and window treatments. We began working with Dana as our Schell home was being built. it started out as just his helping us with window coverings but evolved into his helping us do the interior for the whole house. Dana was beyond great. We sent him pictures of antique collectable pieces that we wanted to incorporate into the house along with new furniture we were purchasing from him (prices were actually better than what we would have paid had we shopped ourselves). We took an approach that Dana began referring to as "eclectic industrial". We loved what he did. He took the idea and ran with it to such a degree that friends who have visited have told us the house looks like a model home, which i consider to be a high praise for Dana and Echelon. The thing is that we would have been happy with just his having picked out everything and having it delivered, but he went above and beyond. He monitored the installed things like lighting and window coverings to make sure they we correct. He then spent a day at the house overseeing the delivery of the new furniture and accent pieces we purchased from him....plus he came back two days later when the movers came with our things from our previous home and spent another whole day coordinating where to place everything. In the last year he has come over several times to assist us with follow up questions about little things like where to place pictures, hang wall decorations, etc and when there were a few issues he addressed them immediately. He even had the manufacturer of a dinning room lighting fixture refund us a credit because he felt there was a small defect....more than a year after we had purchased it, and then of course assisted us in picking out a new one. Echelon was our interior designer. Susan Herring was excellent to work with. She was always professional, responsive and pleasant. She helped us make our beach house a home!
