Creative, resourceful, honest and committed to creating the best design and construction outcome for our project. We started with a vague idea of how we would incorporate a new Jacuzzi into a small 2 tiered back yard which was due for an update. Barry and our designer, Hillde Simon, worked collaboratively throughout the process. Barry stressed the importance of slope and drainage which proved to be a very valuable component of the overall construction. He handled all aspects of the construction including masonry, irrigation, electricity, gas line routing and landscaping. He also worked effectively with a very strict and sometimes obstructionist town Design and Review process including permitting and code related issues. His workers were on time and respectful of our privacy and property . Barry was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend incorporating his input and expertise throughout the design and development stages.

Moliver did an outstanding job with a large, custom fence, flagstone patio, irrigation system and all plantings including sod, trees, shrubs and other plants. Super solid construction quality as well as design. In fact, the house has made the cover of Coastal Living magazine and has been in 10 photo shoots for catalogues since Barry and his team completed the job. They added a lot of curb appeal and value to our home. Would highly recommend.

We recently did a landscaping project and garage construction complete with a living roof. Barry Cohen was amazingly detail oriented, conscientious, and a creative genius. His artistic vision was stunning and execution was flawless. Our landscaping project has completely elevated our house and our property. Shortly after purchasing our home in Belvedere, we decided to tackle a large rear garden that was overgrown with Ivy and years of neglect. Our designer, Hilde Simon, introduced us to Barry Cohen of Moliver Landscape. And Barry did it all: complete rework of the drainage system to protect the house from the pooling water, construction of new planters with Cor-ten Steel sides and stone caps, installation of a gas fire pit, removal of the ivy, new sprinkler system, installation of Rockpave areas, repair of walls, fences and steps and planting of over 200 new diverse plants (all of which prospered). It was the full package of services that came together to create a garden that is the highlight of our home. Barry is a complete straight-shooter. His workers are polite and efficient.
