Thea has been an incredible resource for us in our flipping business. Through staging properties - we have received thousands of dollars more than we would have if we left the homes as is. Thea was an amazing help when we purchased our new home a couple years ago! Her professionalism, knowledge and amazing style/creativity/innovations were an integral part of making our new HOUSE a HOME! From choosing paint colors to window treatments to carpet to furniture and accents, she did it all! Additionally, not only was she very responsive and timely, but she was also very aware and made our budget one of her highest priorities. I would highly recommend Thea for any assistance with home design/decor/staging etc!

Thea has be and outstanding agent. She came to out house, and was confident it would sell in no time. She staged the house perfectly (I would love her to decorate mine)! She is more than just an agent, she becomes your friend. Thea constantly keeps in touch ever few days to give us updates. The first person that came and saw the house offered the full price! Our house unfortanely did not pass inspection. We needed a new chimney. She has been in contact with him daily to find out his schedule and when he will be finished. She will text or call us to let us know. She does all this leg work and honestly I feel she goes above and beyond what other agents would do. She tells the contractor we have a deadline to meet and want to get this house on the market. We are shooting December 1st. I am so happy we have her and I don't normally recommend anyone because I have learned in the past if it doesn't work out, the people come back at you. Well I would recommend Thea as I believe she would treat all like has me. I have had questions a long the way and response time is within a short time, even though she balances her two little kids and life. Inclosing, I am so happy she was referred to me, and I believe I have a lasting long friend!
