David Ross Scheer, Architect

Very unexperienced in construction documents and building plans . David made several mistakes and changes to his plans for our remodel project . Post and columns were on one plan and not others, elevations do not match plans several different changed plans in the same design files Very unorganized. . After the job was done David asked me if it was ok to remove part of the footing and for a non bearing ceiling joist size I sent the irc table with joist sizes . I told him we would need a footing repair if the footings changed. I believe David hired another engineer so he could allow the contractor to remove sections of the existing footing . He asked me for a refund and told him no way. I finished everything he gave me to do according to our contract.
