Pioneer Family Pools

Great customer service. We have had a couple of issues with pool liner and Max B and his team and Julia at Woodbridhe store were understanding and responsive to what was needed to fix situation and keep customer happy.

I recently had my above ground pool liner that Pioneer installed in 1999 replaced. They did a phenomenal job... from sizing things up to measuring and ordering a new liner, fixing up some posts that had developed some frost shifts over the years and replacing my sand filter which frankly was still working but I felt it must be pretty grungy after filtering 25 years of pool gunk! It literally looks like new here now and the service teams, lead by above ground expert Dylan, were super knowledgeable and friendly... responding to every email I sent... came as promised, and all worked like a well oiled machine to get the job done! I thinks it's pretty amazing to get such a great service on a 25+ year old pool!

Paid $600 to have my pool "opened" which consisted of taking the cover of my pool and spa and install some jets. Extra $99 to have the cover taken off the spa as well . The intake covers or filters were never put on. The pump was never started, I had to add the chemicals myself and once I filled the pool the piping was not all put back together, water everywhere in my shed. Only solace is the gentlemen who came out were very kind but were only there maybe 15-20 minutes. Feel extremely taken advantage of

They did a professional job. I think their price is reasonable. Due to weather condition, they couldn't start it as we planned.

We knew we wanted to do something with the backyard, originally wanted to upgrade the deck, but decided to go bigger with a pool and get more use out of the space. After a bit of research we called Pioneer and Jeremy came by the house for some measurements and suggestions. After finalizing plans (for which Jeremy was super helpful), install was very quick and tidy. Pioneer coordinated everything for us, including landscaping, electrical, gas hook up permit inspections etc. We've been through our first season with the pool and love the new space.

Pioneer crushed this project. We didn’t decide on a pool until around mother’s day and Jeremy Snowball and the Pioneer crew were able to have ours completed for us to enjoy swimming most of the summer. There is a lot more small logistics the week or two before the pool install than you would think but Pioneer was on the ball guiding us through it all the way. Many thanks to the Pioneer crew.

We could not be happier with the service we got with pioneer.. Jeremy (Burlington) was beyond patient and professional, it was nice to have all our questions were answered by phone or email without a long wait time!! Ryan over looked the whole project from start to finish and was amazing!! Everyone that took part ( gas and electric company) were all so great!!! No problems at all. It’s a nice change dealing with professionals!

We had gone back and forth between the pros and cons of a fiberglass pool vs a traditional liner pool. After a lot of research we called Pioneer to dive in a bit deeper (see what I did there with the pun :-) Jeremy from Pioneer came out to our home, walked us through several options, suggestions etc. The next day we walked into the Burlington Pioneer showroom and met with Jeremy and purchased our pool. Install was quick, the guys took amazing care not to make a mess of our yard but also our neighbors, they coordinated everything for us, including landscaping, electrical, gas hook up permit inspections etc. A few weeks later we had a pool and we absolutely love it. We are extremely glad we decided to go with a company like Pioneer. Do your research, then come to Pioneer you'll see as we did its the best choice you'll make, quality, customer service (Jeremy) and value are all top notch!!

We were anxious about making such a big purchase. This would be our first pool and it felt like there were a lot of decisions to make. We needed a fence, landscaping and really didn't know what pool was best for us. Working with pioneer reassured us that we could do this and they would be there to help. 2019 was the best summer because of our beautiful pioneer pool. Chris from Hamilton pioneer helped us every step of the way. He helped us select the best pool for our yard and connected us with the professionals we needed (fencing, gas, electrician, landscaper) All of this was done while respecting our budget and supporting us to get our dream back yard. The great service didn't stop once we had the pool. They checked in with us regularly to see how things were going and taught us how to take care of the pool. We went with the 17x30 on ground pool. When investigating pools I wondered about the list below. I hope my answers from experience will help you: Where should we buy our pool? -100% pioneer. They are honest, fun to work with and care about quality service Salt vs chlorine? -That's preference but we did salt and it has been extremely easy as a first time pool owner. Lots of use with minimal work Heater or no heater? -We did heater. It's worth every penny. We went swimming in perfect water all season and had an extended season because of the heater. Our pool will be open May-Oct because of the heater Lights or no lights? -Worth it!!! We swim in the evening under the stars with our pool glowing like a tropical resort. Steps or ladder? -We did steps. Anyone that has come over and owns a pool with a ladder say they wish they did stairs. We won't ever wish we did a ladder. We had started our search for patio furniture by liking a set from Pioneer way back when. It seems since then we have looked at a 1000 sets we went back to Pioneer. We contacted Adreanna in Ontario, and done. Ordered, shipping to Manitoba arranged, great price and more importantly an awesome customer experience. Adreanna and her team covered every base for us made the whole process a pleasurable one. Order Confirmed shipped and arrived in Winnipeg 3 days later. Amazing customer service from Adreanna McKissock and her entire team. Worked hard to get me the best deal possible on my Okanagan gazebo. She truly earned my business and my loyalty. We hired Pioneer Pools last year and we cannot say enough GREAT things about this company! We used the Burlington store and EVERYONE from our very patient salesperson Jeremy Snowball to the support team that answered my never-ending list of questions all summer long about the equipment and pH levels! But let's not forget the team that made it all happen, the excavating team and the guys that worked relentlessly to build and complete our project in what seemed like record time. They exhibited expertise and professionalism every step of the way, they were reliable and punctual and treated our property with the utmost of respect!
