About Us

Campus Landscape is an award-winning team of passionate & creative professionals with strong working knowledge of Tropical, Mediterranean, and Southern horticulture. We're nationally and locally known for our state-of-the-art 3D design and consulting services and have been awarded 6x Winner of Creative Loafing Magazine's - Best of the Bay - Landscape Design Company, in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and again in 2024. We also offer complete build/installation services of the designed landscaping and professional lighting packages. We offer and collaborate with a network of like-minded business owners throughout the industry that allow us to extend our spectrum of design + build services covering the entire outdoor experience. Our process includes utilizing state-of-the-art 3D design software and video presentations for development of pools, spas, water features, fire features, outdoor kitchens, outdoor living, landscape & lighting packages. Historically we have been employed directly by homeowners to help them design and build their ideal outdoor spaces. In 2018 we were invited to become a member of Tributary Revelation (a small national network of some of the industry's best landscape architects, designers and pool builders). Shortly after their announcement and our increased market exposure we noticed a rapidly growing demand for our award-winning design and consultation services coming from other landscape peers and residential home & pool builders. Our knowledge and experience within the outdoor industry constantly continues to expand and our passion for the art of landscape and lighting design only grows stronger with each new project that is completed. I hired Campus Landscape for a full yard design and install. They were highly creative and communication was excellent. My project manager, Connor, was great to work with. He gladly adjusted some plant selections when we realized certain areas got too much intense sun. When spending this much money, that level of flexibility makes a significant investment worth it.

I had a great experience with all members of the campus landscape team. Todd was very knowledgeable about plants and put my mind at ease when initially speaking with him about what I was needing done. Connor, who was kind and knowledgeable, did a beautiful job on my design. He selected plants that complemented the color of my home. He understood some concerns about selecting certain plants as far as maintenance. He was patient in working through those with me as we finalized plant selections. He also assisted me with HOA questions/approvals. Mykel and team who did the installation of the landscaping were very efficient, respectful, and friendly. Any small problem that arose with during the tear out of old landscaping was handled promptly and efficiently. I could not have asked for more. I am so proud of my yard now!

Our experience with Campus Landscape has been top notch from the start! From the first phone call, Todd was thorough and listened to what vision I had, and also great at adding ideas. Once we signed, Connor designed the most beautiful backyard oasis, and was so wonderful about tweaking and altering the plans until it was exactly what we wanted, both from a design and cost standpoint. Th digital designs they do really bring it to life so you can picture it. Mykel and his crew did the install, and were professional, and helped answer all my questions. We've been working with Todd Erickson since we bought our home in Tampa in 2023. With many conflicting priorities of ours we finally got to start our project this fall. From start to finish, the tear out of old landscaping and installation of new trees and plants was about 3 weeks. Todd's team, including Connor, the designer was very patient working with us to make sure everything was perfect and our home became the serene retreat wanted. St Cloud Landings

I chose Campus Landscape after an extensive internet search for a company who could both redesign my yard landscaping and provide the installation. After reviewing their concept designs and photos of their clients’ work from reviews, I fell in love with their tropical landscapes! I did not find other businesses who offered both design and installation with such beautiful outcomes. Owner Todd Erickson and Connor both understood my vision and the need to have a lower maintenance yard. They were also open to including any trees or plants that I wanted to keep from my existing yard in their design. Also, they were both always easy to reach and communicative. Shortly after they provided me with the project scope, designs and cost, my mother passed away so it was several months before I could revisit the project. Todd honored the original cost he quoted even though I was now well past the initial quote date and I’m sure that some project expenses had increased for him. The installation process was as great as the outcome! The Campus Landscape team members are all exceptional. Connor managed the project efficiently and Mykel and Jeremy were here the most, although there were others at times. I cannot say enough good about them. They cared about their work, were never in a rush, and answered all my questions patiently. And they certainly know about the plants! Mykel is a goldmine of knowledge in all areas landscape related. The current irrigation system was a mess which Mykel patiently fixed and also provided me with input on work that was needed on my well. 100 stars for this team! The front yard is stunning. I have received a number of compliments although I didn’t do this to impress the neighbors. I wanted a tropical paradise, and I got one. I recommend Campus Landscape without reservation and I look forward to working with them on the back yard next. Thank you Campus Landscape Team!
