We worked with Megan (designer) and Ryan (project manager) for a full kitchen remodel. During the entire pre-construction process Megan's communication was wonderful. While we had many different directions we could go with the remodel, Megan helped us come up with a wonderful design idea bringing everything together. She gave us new ideas while also taking our ideas and using some pieces we already knew we wanted for our dream kitchen. She spent extra time going above and beyond to help us find the perfect countertop. When we started construction, Ryan was thorough in explaining how the remodel would go. Communication, management, and attitude were great, and we were able to provide input on how to solve anything that came up. Ryan was onsite daily. We loved the quality of work as well that was completed by Ryan, other employees, sub contractors, and the entire Chateau team. We are looking forward to our next project with them!

We used Chateau Kitchens & Home Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom. Our bathroom is very small and we weren't sure if they would take on such a small job. Our initial meeting was with Brynn and we told her that one of our friends highly recommended Chateau Kitchens. Brynn was very nice and told us that they would be happy to remodel our bathroom. After watching many many home remodeling shows on TV and seeing how easily things can go wrong. Well...Chateau Kitchens & Home Remodeling absolutely took all of those fears away! They made things so much fun very painless. Even in the Covid-19 times, Meredith was able to keep all of the logistics of materials in check and was able run down and track everything to get it to the house. We used Chateau Kitchens to redesign our 30 year old kitchen into a more functional, updated space. Laura, our designer, was easy to work with, and was the main reason that I chose this company to do the work. She was great at helping me narrow down material choices when the options got to be overwhelming, all while keeping to the budget. Kyle was our project manager and did a great job dealing with the unexpected delays that everyone was dealing with during this time. Anytime I had a question, he got right back to me. The subcontractors did excellent work and treated our home with respect. We are so pleased with the end result! I would not hesitate to use them again.

We have partnered with Chateau on several home improvement projects since purchasing our home in 2011. They have consistently delivered quality work. Our latest project was a remodel of our basement. As with all of our projects, Shannon provided an excellent design maximizing functionality while still creating a beautiful space. Ryan, our construction manager for this project was simply THE BEST. He exceeded my expectations in every way possible. He communicated with me daily, effectively managed subcontractors, and made sure every detail was perfect. As with any project, there were unexpected surprises along the way. However, Ryan went above and beyond to make sure they were addressed quickly. It was clear to me that Ryan wanted to ensure my husband and I were 100% satisfied with the results of the project. He personally addressed touch-up areas and came back to our home after the project was over to ensure the final product was perfect. We had a great experience with Chateau Kitchen on our recent kitchen remodel. Our designer, Laura Bradley, had great vision and expertise and was excellent to work with - enthusiastic, open-minded, patient and practical. Kyle Juday led the day-to-day work of the project and was a joy to have around. He used his expertise in carpentry to problem solve some very creative solutions to design challenges, and hand made the wine cubes and a mantlepiece for us. Except for a few unavoidable little details at the end, the project was finished on schedule. Very happy and would definitely recommend!

Not only did they do a beautiful job on the remodel, but almost a year later when there were a few small items that we wanted them to look at, they took care of them no questions asked. First we had a complete overhaul of our kitchen in 2014 and we have been in love with Chateau since. I can't say enough about "our designer!" She designed our most recent project as well, our Master and Hall baths (completed 9/2019) and honestly it looks like it belongs in a magazine {see for yourself!} Paul Weir was our Project Manager for this one and he was superb. His kind and professional demeanor pushed this project through seamlessly. I always knew my house was in good hands with Paul and his crew. He constantly went above and beyond my expectations and always did it with a patient smile. The kitchen turned out just beautiful. We absolutely love it. I appreciate Brynn’s expertise and advice. I absolutely loved working with her, and hope to work with her again. Chateau Kitchens recently completed a remodel of our kitchen and we recommend them highly! Our designer, Laura Bradley, was the perfect person to walk us through this process. She took time to get to know us and thoroughly understand our needs, and was invaluable in guiding our decisions. Because of this and her years of experience, we felt confident when Laura assured us our choices would be “timeless” – just what we needed to hear! I am very happy with the complete make over of my kitchen and attribute it to the great customer service, products and workmanship that Chateau provided. I used Chateau Kitchens for a full kitchen remodel last year. Victoria Pelly was my designer and Paul was the project manager and they were fantastic. Victoria listened to my input and created a kitchen design that was in my budget and exceeded my expectations. We absolutely loved working with Chateau Kitchens for our kitchen remodel. They did everything we asked of them and were on time. They were responsive to all our emails and calls and helped every step of the way. And with this being our first major remodel we had a lot. We had a few tricky design areas in our kitchen that we wanted address and they did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a remodeling team.

After looking at a few other bids and designs, we chose Chateau Kitchens for the complete redesign/remodel of our 30-year old kitchen, taking it down to the studs and putting in new appliances, cabinets, backsplash, countertops, redesigned island, etc. CK also replaced the flooring in our family and dining rooms and powder room so that it was all a continuous flow. Meredith worked with us to create a beautiful and innovative design that fit our needs, and Todd as project manager was on the job every day for 6 weeks, taking care of the minutest details--including things we hadn't noticed--with superb quality control. When there was a glitch or an unanticipated issue (which is inevitable), Todd took care of it quickly and correctly. All the subcontractors were first rate and utterly trustworthy; we had no qualms about not being in the house when the work was being done. Meredith went with us to select various materials and fixtures, and she was our advocate, even getting us lower prices on some items. Our new kitchen inspires "Wows!" from everyone who sees it, especially those who know what the old kitchen looked like. It is worth stressing that everyone we worked with at CK took great pride in their work, was top-notch, diligent and trustworthy. Chateau Kitchens was not the least expensive option for us, but it was completely turnkey--we did not have to do anything on our own, hire out or supervise any subcontractor. We have already recommended CK to friends and neighbors.

We have done several projects with Chateau. Kitchen, guest bath, laundry room and recently our master bath. Shannon our designer was awesome! She had great ideas and was so helpful picking out everything from tile to paint colors. Todd our project manager does great work and managed all the projects and contractors and I didn’t need to worry about a thing! The whole company beginning with Bob is great to work with and I would recommend Chateau for any project You are thinking of doing.

We had Chateau Kitchens remodel our kitchen and bar with all-new cabinets, countertops, and backsplash. Laura was our designer and constant companion throughout the whole process to guide us in the right direction and around the pitfalls of this undertaking. Todd, our Project Manager, was in our house nearly every day for six weeks, and his mastery of the art of installing cabinets, managing all the tradesmen to produce our beautiful new kitchen, and solving problems is without equal! Bob Moore visited our kitchen a couple of times a week to insure that everything was progressing to our satisfaction. All the staff we worked with at Chateau are very professional and we have no complaints. We would unconditionally recommend Chateau to anyone. We'd give them six stars if we could.

Bottom line: a kitchen remodel is gonna' be stressful. So you absolutely need a company that offers the best products and service. I wholeheartedly recommend Chateau. Our cabinets are beautiful, functional (love my pull-out spice rack and LeMans corner unit), and well built. Very, very happy with our selection. Our designer Tom listened carefully to us, asked questions, provided honest feedback, and patiently tweaked each draft until we came up with the perfect design. And he didn't disappear after the order was placed--he provided timely updates, helped us select hardware and address other issues that came up, and was a constant presence during the entire process. We chose to use Chateau's personnel to coordinate our entire remodel. Based on a previous shaky experience, we knew firsthand the nightmares of a flailing remodel. Our project manager Paul was amazing. Drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cabinet install, countertop install, tile install...that's a LOT to coordinate. (Paul also helped Habitat for Humanity load their truck with old cabinets, appliances, and some furniture--very kind, caring people at Chateau.) 5-star from start to finish. A kitchen remodel is a major financial and, yes, emotional commitment. Chateau was with us every step of the way, including input/recommendations on remodeling the room adjoining the kitchen. There's a reason we chose Chateau from the pool of estimates we received: we wanted to finish our remodel with not only the perfect kitchen but also a fulfilling experience. And that's just what happened.

Chateau Kitchens did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel and flooring replacement. We worked with Shannon on design and she nailed it from the very beginning. The color combinations, flooring and cabinet styles she recommended look fantastic. She also suggested expanding our island and running the back-splash up above the kitchen window which really enhanced the look and feel of the entire area. Thanks Shannon! Ryan oversaw the project from beginning to end and handled all the details in a professional and timely fashion. Finally, throughout the project there were many different subcontractors in and out of the house doing various tasks (electrical, plumbing, flooring, drywall....). What was greatly appreciated was having the project manager and/or a company representative checking in once and sometimes twice daily to make sure things were going smoothly and to address any concerns. We had the best experience with Chateau! Our dark kitchen needed to be lightened - but our designer, Victoria, suggested a bigger island for our family of 6. I'm so glad we went with that! Our kitchen has truly changed our family's life - The kitchen island has become our hub and the activity in the house now surrounds it. The professionalism of everyone - from Bob Moore, the owner, coming out to the first meeting, to the project manager going above and beyond every day was amazing. The project was completed on time (under six weeks). Additionally, the cleanliness, lack of dust and clean up each night was a welcome surprise. Victoria understood my style, set reasonable expectations and worked with me to keep my choices within the budget I had set.

Excellent designer (Victoria) who listened, helped us plan, and modified our project to meet our needs. The actual build was excellent quality and they really made it a point to make sure any area that needed to be fixed or redone was accomplished. There may be other contractors out there who are less expensive, but their quality won't match Chateau's.

We hired Chateau Kitchens to update and remodel our kitchen and 1/2 bath. Our designer, Victoria Pelly, did a fantastic job of helping us pick out Omega cabinets, LVP flooring and the pendants that hang over our new island. By far the most LOVED feature of our new kitchen is the bench seat that is connected to our island! Our kids love it and we know our grandkids will as well. We never felt intimidated or that any question was a "silly" question. Todd, our project manager was fantastic as well. He communicated with us very well and kept us in the know. We love our new kitchen and basement bar! Chateau Kitchens provided us with exactly what we wanted. We especially appreciate the patience and creativity of our designer, Victoria. She worked with us on the details of design and understood our style and what we were comfortable with. Wayne, our project manager, treated this project like it was his own home. He was the first to notice if something needed additional attention, and he always addressed it immediately. Communication was excellent throughout the project. With any remodeling project, there will be problems. How a company responds is what makes the difference. When those problems arouse Chateau Kitchens were prompt with resolutions. They gave us a realistic timeline and stayed on schedule. Great experience! Great result!

I was hopeful in the beginning using Chateau. They started with great communication and I had an overall feel they cared about my project (remodel of master bath and additional bath off of son's room). A couple weeks in, my faith in Chateau started to dwindle. Mistakes were being made and I was starting to get frustrated. My project manager was easy to deal with, however, lacked in the area of making sure my projects were done well. I was the one pointing things out that were unacceptable. I was disappointed in my designer after she lied to me about a very important question. I never saw the owner until I requested a meeting (around 7 weeks in). My projects were estimated at 5 weeks to completion. They ended up taking 9 because of subcontractors doing a poor job and needing to be redone. Overall, my experience with Chateau was mediocre at best. We like our finished products but all the frustration and TIME to get things finished weren't worth it.

From the beginning until the end of my kitchen remodel, Chateau Kitchens has exceeded even my high expectations! There was not ONE glitch in this total remodel process. They even finished ahead of schedule! I can truly say that I had a lot of fun working with this company......something not typical when one is talking about dismantling and reconstructing the most important room in a house! They took my vision and created it so beautifully! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Chateau did an superb job in a complete rebuild of our kitchen, while supervising related floor and painting work in space adjacent to the kitchen. They were friendly and customer focused from our first conversation. They worked with us to review every detail of the design, schedule, and coordination with an independent appliance dealer. While working with the entire team was a pleasure, in the end its the results that matter. In our case the entire project was completed one week short of an amazingly condensed schedule and it was on budget. There were no surprises. We love our new kitchen and we are grateful to everyone at Chateau Kitchens for making it happen.

While any project is always going to have some hiccups, the Chateau team helped us work through the issues as they arose. Victoria, our designer, was great to work with and has a tremendous pulse on what is in style, and how colors, textures and lighting can all be used to enhance a space. We challenged their team with some design aspects that were new to them, like the appliance drawer, and they did a fantastic job of accommodating our requests and delivering to us an absolutely wonderful master bathroom. Their team that was performing the work were professional, courteous and were always sensitive to managing the disruption within our home. The results speak for themselves...

Chateau Kitchens & Home Remodeling deserves the highest marks in design excellence, professionalism and focus on the customer. While the before and after pictures clearly show the fantastic transformation of our kitchen remodel, they do fail to tell the full story. We knew right away that Chateau was the right choice to lead our project after meeting Bob and Victoria on the initial design consult. While our budget target was certainly on the lower end of the price scale for a design/remodeling company and we were firm on doing a lot of the work ourselves, we received the same top notch service you would expect for a $$$ project. Throughout, we were impressed with the attention to detail and innovation Victoria put in her design, the expert craftsmanship Chris provided when installing the cabinets and the responsiveness and good communication with Paul, who oversaw the project, not only with us as the customer but also as our representative towards the cabinet and countertop makers. Additionally, Chris and Paul never seemed to mind our children's "helpfulness" and inquisitiveness. If they ever wanted to change professions we wouldn't hesitate to hire them as a babysitter ;-) We are very comfortable recommending Chateau Kitchens & Home Remodeling to our friends and family and if we ever embark on another major remodeling project, Bob's team will be our choice.

My husband and I are building a new home and selected Chateau Kitchens to provide the cabinets and kitchen countertop. We had an excellent experience working with Chateau Kitchens. Laura Bradley was our design consultant. She had fantastic ideas and took our vision and made it into a reality. Woody as the construction/installation expert made sure the installation process was smooth and seamless. We pushed the norm by asking for backless cabinets to be mounted on 100+ year old newly exposed and restored brick walls. We also had in cabinet and under cabinet lights included plus glass and metal grate fronts. Very unique! Chateau was with us every step of the way on time and on budget. Highly recommend the entire team.

I was welcomed by Chateau from the very beginning and our relationship grew. Bob selected Laura to be my designer and she was a perfect choice. She guided and encouraged. She listened and adapted when I wanted something extra. The estimate was clear and I was advised each time I chose something that exceeded the budget. My experience working with Brynn Moore was off-the-charts fantastic! Brynn helped me in every way possible achieve the perfect dream kitchen for my home. We did a FULL first floor remodel! And Wow.... let me just say that we are beyond pleased! Upon buying our home just a year ago, we knew that we wanted to do some updates to our otherwise beautiful home. Chateau just finished a total make-over of our 1977 kitchen and we couldn't be happier. My husband and I were fortunate to find Chateau at the Indianapolis home show in January. We interviewed a few different companies, but felt the most comfortable with Bob and his team. We are very pleased with the decision we made. Victoria our designer gave us exactly what we wanted and more. The Project Manager, Wayne and his crew took as much time as needed to insure every detail was attended to promptly and the craftsmanship was impressive. Chateau did a fantastic job on my new kitchen. It was totally gutted, and from the fabulous design (thanks, Shannon ) through all the work done, it is simply perfect!!! Shannon provided help beyond just the original design, but also with picking out everything to coordinate and look great together. She accompanied me to various locations to pick out flooring, lighting, counters, etc.... I can highly recommend Chateau, both with Shannon as designer, and with the quality of the services provided. All the people that did the work were professional and friendly, and completed everything with excellence! Thanks to Chateau, I have a kitchen I love to cook in, and just hang out at my bar counter enjoying the lovely space!!!

This had to be the most horrible company I ever worked with. Last October I had found a kitchen in a magazine. I called and they had said Chateau was the dealer for Habersham cabinets. Upon going there I was told by the lady owner they wasn't but they had much better cabinets than Habersham. I should had walked out the door! They hooked me up with this designer (lady) Don't want to mention any names. She gave me a design but the whole time I was asking if these cabinets were solid wood. She kept saying yes. I wrote her a check for 17,500.00 for a deposit. Come to find out a few days later she was untruthful and told me the truth. I wanted my money back but she had said the cabinets were already in production. The owner decided to give me all wood cabinets. The owners are only after the money they are rude and does not care about customers. I would never use them. The only thing good about them was Wayne and Marvin the installers. They were great. But Marvin told us he was leaving them. After what we went through I could only imagine why. I would give them no stars if I could. Very disappointed after paying 35,000 for this kind of craftsmanship from this kitchen company. This is what happens just after two months.

We hired Chateau to do a complete kitchen remodel for us. Shannon P is fantastic - she has a great vision for how to best maximize space and functionality. Likewise, we had a fantastic installer that had years of experience doing his work. As with any remodel we did run into a few issues; however, the issues were quickly addressed and resolved. We love our completed kitchen, and would highly recommend Chateau to others.

What a tremendous experience we had with Chateau! Our remodel included our kitchen, laundry & bathroom on our main floor. The entire team from our designer, Shannon Poe, our project manager & craftsman/cabinet installer are a group of talented and caring folks. We were confident through the entire process that we chose the perfect company for our remodel. The end result is wonderful and the special touches that or designer offered is still serves as the icing on the cake as I enter the space each day. We began with a general idea of what we were looking for as well as a budget. Chateau came through for us and brought so much more! Looking forward to working with them again for our master bath!

We had Chateau remodel our kitchen and are very pleased with the result - a beautiful design beautifully executed. They prepared a new layout which allowed us to keep the original footprint ( and floor) while increasing the kitchen's efficiency and style. A simple relocation of the dishwasher saves many steps. A new baking center/buffet with wood counter adds pizzazz as well as deep storage drawers. After the design was complete, we received expert guidance in choosing cabinets, counter tops, paint, etc.. All details were carefully considered. This attention to detail continued in the construction phase. A drywall patch over an old phone outlet and a Cambria seam are virtually invisible. Doors and hinges on the cabinets are perfectly adjusted and the trim work is superb. The cabinets look like fine furniture. The craftsmanship and professionalism of all the trades was outstanding. On a more practical note, the work was completed in a timely manner and within our budget. Chateau had previously done two bathrooms for us and we are pleased with those projects as well. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Laura Bradley at Chateau Kitchens took on the task of designing cabinetry for our condo kitchen, study, family room, master bath, two guest baths and two powder baths and did so pleasantly and professionally. This was the second time we have worked with Laura on a condo project, and we turned to her again because we were so pleased with the results the first time.

We hired Chateau Kitchens to remodel our master bathroom. We replaced everything in our master bath including new flooring. Tom Quinn was our designer and manager. The entire process went as smoothly as can be expected with any redesign. We love our finished bathroom and would hire them again if we have another project.

Bob & Brynn Moore at Chateau are consummate professionals who take extreme care and pride in their work. We met them when we bought a spec home that showcased their cabinetry. We have since worked with them on additional pieces for our home. If we ever build again, we will certainly use Bob & Brynn to help us create our new home! We would recommend them without hesitation.

I just had a kitchen designed and installed by Chateau Kitchens in Carmel, IN. I worked with Tom, who could not have been better to help direct me. He was extremely knowledgeable, and helped me make many decisions as we were heading down the process of deciding exactly what I wanted in my kitchen of my remodeled lake home. If I ever need any work done at my actual home, they would be the first that I would call. Efficient, helpful, timely, and a joy to work with. You don't always find these traits in companies these days.

My husband and I met with several companies during the build of our home and we decided to hire Chateau Kitchens after meeting with Bob and one of his designers, Laura Bradley feeling confident we would enjoy the process working with them. Laura is an absolute pleasure to work with. We spent a good deal of time reworking our plans, exchanging countless samples, viewing stains in different lighting. Laura also referred us to a few other good contacts who we did end up working with as well. The custom hood cover piece they had made for us has been greatly admired by everyone who sees it. I would enjoy working with them again.

We remodeled our kitchen and changed a basement closet into a full bathroom. We interviewed and received quotes from 5 other very respectable remodel companies. We chose Chateau based on the fact that they listened to what we wanted as opposed to telling us what we needed. They very respectfully provided their input and added in our opinion very nice touches to the finished product. An example of this would be door handle selection. Brynn from Chateau helped us pick out hardware that I would have never thought of using. Looks great- glad we took her advice. A second example was back splash w/ mosaic tile under hood. Great look- I would have never thought of that on my own. We absolutely love our kitchen and full basement bathroom and can without a doubt guarantee that we wouldn't be near as happy with the finished product if we had gone with another company.

I think Chateau Kitchens did a great job on our kitchen, the design was great. Laura, our designer was patient and worked with us to make it work within our budget. I do think there was some communication glitches as the project progressed between the general contractor and us, but we worked it out and we appreciated that they took our concerns seriously. The project came in on budget and on time. We are very happy with the results.

We chose Chateau to remodel our kitchen and back hallway/pantry. We researched several companies and Chateau clearly understood our remodeling vision better than anyone else. We worked with Chelsea to design a beautifully, functional, updated kitchen. We had heard nightmare stories of remodeling projects, but Chateau's team was able to easily problem solve and navigate any problem or hiccup alone the way. We were presently surprised at how smoothly the whole remodeling process went. We would highly recommend Bob and his team!

I already had a kitchen design from another company but timing was a big issue so I was referred to Chateau from our builder/remodeler. Not only did they work with the design but even improved it, ordered my specific cabinets and had them all installed without any issues and within the time frame. Their customer service on followup work was just as good. Thoroughly pleased and would definitely use them again.

I can't say enough about the quality of this team and the professionalism of Chateau Kitchens and Home Remodeling. After carefully listening to what we were looking for, Tom created a practical design and helped us understand what needed to be done at every stage to pull our remodeled kitchen together into a cohesive whole. Brynn walked with me through all of the significant decisions, from flooring to cabinets to granite countertops. We could not possibly be happier with the result of the project. Our upscale kitchen fits nicely into our moderately-priced home, and it offers all of the functionality we need as a family with two teenagers. It is beautifully simple and unified. Most importantly for me as a homeowner working on such a significant project, I truly enjoy these two people personally. From day one, they were always kind and highly accommodating, and they worked with us as we managed many elements of the project ourselves to keep our costs manageable. I am already imagining my next project with this stellar team. Two 40 year-old bathrooms desperately in need of updating!

Chateau has built custom furniture for me as well as done a full kitchen remodel. They have never disappointed. They are a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Detail is impeccable and prices reasonable for the quality you receive. Most refreshing is the professionalism they display from start to finish. Fortunately Chateau Designs fabricates furniture in addition to cabinetry.. I look forward to working with them on future projects!
