I highly recommend Hardwood Interiors. Everyone at Hardwood was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. John helped us design a complete kitchen remodel. While designing our kitchen John and Michele provided tips and suggestions-they thought of everything and were helpful every step of the way. We had new flooring, ceiling height cabinets, quartz countertops, and ceramic subway tile backsplash installed. What a huge difference – our kitchen is magnificent now and we could not be happier. They also built us custom built-ins for our dining room and designed a laundry room that is 100% useful. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with everything they have done in our home. I smile each day when I look around at the workmanship. Every space is efficient and functional. I promise if you go to Hardwood Interiors, you won’t be disappointed!

Being new to having custom work done I assumed it would be prohibitively expensive and stressful. I compared their price quote with four comparable kitchen designers and Hardwood Interiors & Design was less. Michele took on the stress part herself. So much so I had her design another kitchen and my laundry room. They are all breathtaking! She is detail oriented and was involved in every aspect of the projects. I would use this company again and again and am eager to recommend them.

I worked with Hardwood Interiors and Design for several projects and every part of the experience was exceptional. They went the extra mile to make great design suggestions, visually depicted our entire project before it was fabricated, delivered everything ahead of schedule, and exceeded our expectations around product quality. On top of this, their pricing was fair and there were no surprise extra charges. In terms of after sales support, they have also exceeded expectations. They supported our installer with any questions, quickly responded and provided additional materials that they did not anticipate. They even came out to check that the work was installed properly when they were in the area. Our 3rd party installer accidentally damaged a cabinet and they remade it quickly and without charge. The Hardwood Interiors team has been responsive and helpful in resolving anything that has ever come up far after the original sale (note: none of these issues ever had anything to do with the quality of the product). One of the best companies I have ever done business with - they care deeply about their craft and their customers - it shows! Highly recommended.

Hardwood Interiors designed our new kitchen and completed an extensive renovation of our family room. They also remodeled our 1924 bathroom which was a little quirky, but they figured out how to maximize our space. The kitchen design is beautiful and functional, we love it. Working with the team was wonderful from beginning to end. The crew worked for many weeks and always let me know what was happening. They were extremely professional.

My husband and I recently built a new home and we interviewed several cabinet companies in the area it wasn’t difficult for us to choose Hardwood Interiors. The attention to detail in the design after listening to our needs gave us a beautiful functional kitchen. The construction of the cabinets are all wood and you don’t find that many companies that build them like that anymore. The builders’ construction workers commented as to how well they were constructed and easy to install. It was easy for us to decide to have our bathrooms, great room and lower level bar cabinets all done by them. They have great staff to assist with knobs, tile or marble to complete the project. The customer service is superior and returned calls or emails promptly. I would highly recommend this company for a new build or a remodel. We are extremely happy with all our products and the staff that helped us.

Reg and Michelle have done several renovation projects for us: full kitchen; built in living room cabinetry and entertainment center; and full reno of master bedroom, closets and bathroom. They transformed our 70s style house into something modern and beautiful. The craftsmanship is amazing and attention to detail was fantastic.

It would be difficult to write in detail about all of the custom cabinetry, doors, bathroom cabinets, furniture and exterior shutters made by Hardwood Interiors for our new home. In a word, this company is exceptional. Their designs always met our desires and specifications. Because this was a new, non - spec home, we needed a great deal of help with designing. Both owners, Michele and Reg Messenger always listened to our ideas and responded with beautiful custom work every time. In addition, Hardwood Interiors pricing for custom work was competitive and occasionally was less expensive than spec cabinetry and doors. We were given options and creative solutions which allowed us to stay within our budget. They worked with our builder, Jeff Haines, to coordinate cabinet and door installations in order to meet deadlines and work schedules of other professionals. Hardwood Interiors even finished installing our wood floor when the original floor installer was unable to finish in a timely manner. The work itself is absolutely beautiful, functional and will last for generations. We were so fortunate to be referred to Hardwood Interiors by our designer, Stephen Shutts. The work done by Hardwood Interiors exceeded all of our expectations. We have no reservations about recommending this company because they are simply the best!

We chose Hardwood Interiors for our remodeling project because we were impressed with a house they completely renovated in our neighborhood. Reg and Michele were easy to work with from the beginning. They identified our taste and helped us choose materials and colors that transformed our house beautifully. They were perfectionists and that same quality was provided by everyone who worked with them. Communication was always open and all questions and concerns were addressed immediately even though we frequently needed to talk after hours. We are extremely happy with our unique and totally customized home. Five stars are not enough to measure what Reg, Michele and all their many coworkers gave us!

Hardwood Interiors designer, Michele, is the best. We selected Hardwood Interiors for a kitchen makeover (phase 1 of 2) a few years ago and were extremely happy with the results. Michele provided personal attention and listened to our kitchen ideas and needs resulting in beautiful custom made cabinets resembling a “furniture” piece. It is a gorgeous focal point we admire and enjoy using every day. She also gave great practical advice in selecting granite, color schemes, and interior cabinet options. From the design phase to completion, Hardwood Interiors were professional, efficient and flexible. Michele monitored the progress to ensure the results were as we had expected. She was also respectful and transparent of our budget finding ways to help us do more with less. And…their products are of the highest quality and often custom made. As we now look to complete phase two of our kitchen and dining area, we did not hesitate to have Michele complete our dream kitchen.
