My experience with KP Design Group was great because of the designer Beth! She was always professional and kind. She listened to our requests and desires while offering her advice. She also worked hard to incorporate our own pieces with her new suggestions. Beth was truly a pleasure to work with!

We began working with Dana Davis of KP Designs Group this past summer on a project that involved downsizing from our previous house into a new house that is about 50% smaller. One of the challenges we faced was how to blend some of our old furniture with new, smaller items that would better fit the reduced footprint. At every turn, Dana provided us with options and recommendations that delighted us. The project is still underway, and we are thoroughly pleased with the progress so far. One of the reasons for our success in working with Dana is because Kim Ebert, the founder and CEO of KP Designs, initially spent considerable time with us talking about our preferences and vision for the project. She matched us with Dana based on her knowledge of Dana's strengths and her careful evaluation of our needs.

Working with Beth was an absolute game-changer. After a difficult experience with our kitchen cabinet company, Beth stepped in and brought clarity, creativity, and calm to the process. She guided us through every major decision — from selecting the perfect cabinet stain and hardware to choosing faucets — and helped us bring our vision to life with confidence and style. Her dedication went above and beyond. She even made time to stop by on her way home from a dentist appointment to assist with last-minute hardware placement — a true testament to her commitment and care. Beth also transformed our half bath from a standard builder-grade space into a stunning powder room that has become one of our favorite features in the house. We receive compliments on it constantly, and I often find myself loving that space even more than our long-awaited kitchen renovation. Beth’s eye for design, attention to detail, and genuine investment in her clients’ happiness make her an exceptional partner. I would recommend her without hesitation — again and again.

Our designer, Michelle Sanders-Osborne was wonderful! At the start she asked us what we wanted to accomplish and for what feeling we wanted to convey in our rooms being designed (living and family rooms and foyer). She asked us to send her photos of rooms that we liked. We told her that we wanted a calm, soothing environment with mostly monotones. BOY did she deliver! In the beginning she gave us a number of different options from which to choose, to engage her services. One option was, we could give her a budget number and just let her go - coming up with design boards of a few ideas for each room, and after we chose an option, she would source all items herself, and then present to us the finished rooms. This option included her estimate of the number of design hours for which we would pay. Another option, which we chose, was to have her show us 3 different ways to design the rooms. We were to chose an option and then we could do some sourcing on some items and save costs on some of her design fees. We gave her a "drop-dead" time for which we had to have everything completed. EVERYTHING was done on time! She gave us paint colors for the living and family rooms. She worked with us to match those colors to our kitchen , which at this time, we we're redesigning. She suggested we paint our old, tired (ugly orangish, oak) floorboards/quarter rounds, doorways and 6 panel doors white. It REALLY brightened up our space! She brought fabric options from which to choose. She has exquisite taste in items and she is confident enough to disagree with us when we were thinking of doing something that wouldn't look good in our design. We liked that about her. Michelle, was almost always available (phone, text, or email), she responded promptly to me every single time I reached out to her with questions/thoughts - even if just to say she was with a customer and she'd get back to me. We can't say enough good things about her. Her design esthetic is current, simple but elegant, and she did everything in her power for us to stay within our budget. We are very pleased with how everything looks now. In about 2 years, after we save up the money, we'll be reaching out to Michelle, and KP Designs again to start on the rooms we didn't update on the first floor yet (kitchen and office) and then on to our 4 upstairs bedrooms.

I have so many wonderful things to say about KP Designs, and most especially, Erica, who worked tirelessly to help make our new house a warm and welcoming home. While I had a general idea of what I wanted our new house to look and feel like once it was finished, I felt overwhelmed on where to start. Kim and her team at KP Designs came highly recommended, so I turned to them for their help. After meeting me and learning a little about what I was looking for, Kim paired me up with Erica, knowing that she would be the perfect person to help turn my thoughts into reality. Erica was exceptionally patient, calm, and professional throughout the entire process. She not only listened, but heard and understood what I was trying to create. Her sense of style is exceptional. She really knows her vendors and their products. And, she helped me navigate through all the headaches that come with building a new home. She is a true professional. I honestly don't think I could have done it without her expertise and her uncanny ability to help me feel less anxiety during stressful situations.

I hired KP Designs to redesign my living room and was very clear about the importance of staying within budget. However, it seems my designer had a different interpretation of “budget-conscious.” She selected a sofa and two chairs totaling over $15,000. During our initial meeting, we reviewed a range of expected prices for the furniture, but nearly every item she selected was at the high end or exceeded those projections. The chairs selected are frequently used across their projects, which makes me feel that KP Designs is well aware of their true pricing. I suspect they provide a range to avoid alarming clients, later pushing higher-priced items with the justification that these selections required substantial time and effort from the designer. I had also expressed interest in a basement redesign, contingent on the cost of the living room project. I paid $1,400 deposit for the basement plan, assuming this would cover initial design work and a materials list. However, when I decided not to proceed due to the living room budget overruns, I requested any preliminary work done for the basement. While I didn’t expect the full plan or finalized selections, I anticipated at least some deliverables. Disappointingly, I was informed that the $1,400 was simply a deposit and did not cover any actual work. I find this practice to be misleading and unethical. While I understand the need for deposits, it’s reasonable to expect some tangible return on that payment, particularly for a project initiation. I am very disappointed in how KP Designs handled this situation and would not recommend them for future projects.

Erica at KP Designs Group helped to beautify our clinic! Our space was in drastic need of a makeover and we are so happy with the outcome. Thank you!

Celeste Bardash is beyond amazing! We just finished our third major remodeling project with her and would never consider working with anyone else. She is professional yet personable. She is very organized and timely in her research and presentation of design concepts and materials. While I know she is juggling several clients at one time, she always makes us feel as if we are her only customers. Celeste is very respectful of budget constraints and consistently does her best to present us with ideas across varying price ranges so that the ultimate decisions are ones that we as the clients are most comfortable with, not the decorator. On the most recent master bedroom remodel, we chose to keep many of our existing furniture pieces. She never flinched. Rather, she plowed forward figuring out how to make these pieces work with new pieces and designs for the room. The end result is phenomenal! Lastly, we respect Celeste’s strong working relationships with the builders/contractors who have completed our remodels. The first major project she presented us with a contractor. Every step of the experience was seamless. For the second remodel, we worked in collaboration to determine the contractor. In both cases, Celeste developed and maintained a strong rapport and communication with each individual on the contracting team. She knows a lot technically and this proved extremely beneficial in many situations! Celeste and the KP Design Group are top notch. You absolutely get what you pay for and we would highly recommend her and the design group for anyone wanting quality and excellence!

Michelle and Kellyann were amazing! We renovated the majority of our house and they absolutely nailed it! We are extremely happy with the results...it feels like we have a new home without having to move. I highly recommend KP Designs Group, they exceeded our expectations!

Erica has helped us with several projects in our current house, and has been amazing to work with! My husband and I have different tastes, but she has managed to intertwine us perfectly and turned our boring house into a home we both love. Now that our children have grown and aren't at home as ofter, we have decided to move, and we are building a home. Right from the start, we were overwhelmed with the decision making. Thankfully Erica came to our rescue! She just gets it!!! She helps make the decisions, but still makes you feel like you have input, but won't let you make a mistake. She has beautiful taste, and is just such a lovely, calm person to work with. She makes a stressful experience smooth and worry-free!!! Erica is amazing, and comes highly recommended!!!!!

We did a total remodel of our 80's style kitchen. Michelle Osborn Sanders was recommended to us to assist us in making our vision materialize. She helped select the cabinets, sourced the floor, counter top quartz and an amazing backsplash. She also found 2 pendant lights which tied everything together n our kitchen. She gave me ideas for furniture in the kitchen which I never would have thought of. In addition to the kitchen, we also did a renovation of our laundry room and small powder room. She once again helped us with floor options and vanity ideas. Michelle was always on time for appointments and would always get back to me in a timely manner via text or email if I had a concern or question. I would highly recommend KP Designs Group for any projects you are considering!
