We had popcorn ceiling removed and painted. The crew was very fast and the results were very good. It's a super messy job, so be sure to cover your furniture, light fixtures, and ceiling fans securely. The workers were pleasant and easy to work with. Felicia, their manager checked in periodically and was very accommodating. We would use them again if needed.

360 Painting did an excellent job. I had quite a bit of cosmetic work, nail pops, caulking, etc. that needed repair. Their attention to detail and professionalism shows in everything they did. They painted my entire interior, including ceilings and doors, exactly as they quoted. I'm extremely happy with 360 Painting and will use them for any future painting needs.

I recommend 360 painting to everyone. I do not do well with white walls where i live i had a lot of meltdowns and anixety. Now that my walls are a beautiful blue i am more calm and relaxed. For the first time in a long time i got really good sleep last night. They are very patient and understanding for I asked a lot of questions and they answered them all for me. Other painting companies yelled at me and got mad. But 360 painting did not. They are wonderful people and very honest and caring. I have autism so i habe trouble understanding sometimes and communicating with people. But Steven and Felicia were both extremely amazing people. They explained things to me when i asked questions and if i did not understand they worded it a different way.

Felicia at 360 Painting painted my new double French doors - inside and out. They are beautiful! She was meticulous about every step of the painting process from preparation through clean up. We hired 360 Painting to paint the front trim and shutters of our home. They arrived on time for the appointment and completed the job quickly. We are very happy with the results and would hire them again.

It went fairly well. The things they did well: They were professional and had a great responsiveness to questions and issues. They fit me in a week ahead of schedule when they had an opening in their schedule. They came out with 4 color samples to show me the options and put them on the wall. They responded to text well and quickly. The painting itself was good quality. There were a few spots that needed touching up that I didn't see until the day after they left so I wish there was a follow up in a few days for touch up spots built into the process. The thing they didn't do well: I hired them to paint an interior room that had awful wallpaper on it. I received a quote to paint the room without removing the wallpaper and it was around $800. I then decided to go ahead and have the wallpaper removed and the quote was $1200, which I was fine with because we really wanted the wallpaper gone and a quality job. Well, once the job started the painters removed two small panels of the wallpaper and then asked me if they could just paint over it because the wallpaper was really stuck on. I told them just do whatever they thought was best. I came back later to see that no more wallpaper had been removed and when I brought it up and asked for a refund of the $400 difference in price I was told that they couldn't do that. They refunded me $139 which I took, but feel that it was a bit of a lack of integrity on their part. They never admitted fault and that was frustrating. Either their initial quote was wrong or they were just taking advantage of me. Assuming it was the former, I wish they had just admitted the initial quote was wrong and said they were sorry. My sense is that they are bottom line/money focused and that was my biggest issue with their company and why I wouldn't use them again.

They painted the exterior of the house and did an extremely professional job. They did a great job of preparing the house with power washing and caulking the house. Two coats of paint were applied and the trim was neatly painted.
