Davanti Homes

This review is well overdue, but it is so much deserved! We did two remodeling projects with Davanti Homes: 4 bathrooms in Dec 2021/Jan 2022 and our kitchen/family room in Dec 2022/Jan 2023. I cannot stress enough how professional, experienced, and trustworthy Kevin, his son Garrett, and their crew are. We prepared and scheduled ahead of time to ensure that everything was ready when the projects were due to start. For both projects, Kevin and Garrett worked partly while we were away: yes, this is the level of trust we placed in them! They had our home keys. Both remodels were done on time, and little hiccups along the way were resolved timely. Communication with Kevin and Garrett was easy and regular. I will hire them again in a heartbeat if I have other projects, and I wholeheartedly recommend you hire them for yours!

We're the "Island Green - Harvey Reno" pictured here. We lived through four feet of water in our Kingwood home. Kevin along with MMI Designs worked with us to rebuild our home to the lovely product you see on these sites. Kevin built us a quality, beautiful product and was quick to follow through if/when we had questions or issues post move back in June 2018. Garrett who oversees his product is professional and extremely helpful and sensitive to your needs. Work with them and together you'll achieve a beautiful goal.

We were flooded (40+ inches) in Hurrican Harvey and a neighbor who had worked with Kevin Ashcraft (Davanti owner) recommended him. After hearing the horror stories and problems others had, we feel we were very fortunate to have hired Kevin as our contractor. Our home was rebuilt on time and on budget. Kevin was avaible and on call to address all of our questions. Going forward, if we were to remodel or build another home, Davanti Homes would be our choice contractor.

Kevin with Davanti Homes did a full remodel of our downstairs in 2016. He runs his business very efficiently. We finalized all of our plans and selections before even signing the contract. He gave us an exact quote. We signed, moved out, and work began as scheduled. Not a single day went by that Kevin did not have trades in our house making progress. He told us 6-8 weeks to complete the project. We moved back into what looked like a brand new house in 7 weeks. He delivered exceprional work on time and on budget. I would recommend him to anyone.
