We feel very fortunate that a friend recommended Harte Remodels to us for our kitchen and master bath project. Since we began the project in June, we’ve heard countless horror stories about contractors. John and his crew were totally professional. They were on the job every day which we’ve learned can be unusual. Their work was of superior quality which gave us confidence to expand our project to include two more bath rooms, a powder room and laundry room. Living in a construction site for four months was not as stressful as it could have been because John and his crew were so pleasant and respectful of our privacy and comfort. One of the many things we appreciated about John was his contribution to the overall design. The end result exceeded out expectations. Thank you, Harte-Remodels!

Harte Remodels turned my tired outdated kitchen to a showpiece. Erin and John are very easy to work with, knowledgable and meticulous in construction. I will use them again for another major remodel we will do next year.

We hired Harte to remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms. We are delighted. The quality of the work and the care and attention to little details was great. They offered plenty of practical advice for what would be good choices and coordinated all of the design and buying for us. Follow through and accuracy are good. The project was on a compressed timeline to facilitate our move into our home and they got it done. Personally, they are decent people and easy to work with. We are glad to recommend.

We had a large basement finished by Harte Remodels. They did an amazing job and were a pleasure to work with. John's team is friendly and trustworthy. The space was split into a large living space with fireplace, a full bar, game room, gym, full bath, and storage area (and an outdoor TV!). John met with us several times to go over the design and provided detailed drawings and prints. There was no question or ambiguity to what we were getting. John is very knowledgeable of all phases of the construction. The end result is amazing and I would absolutely recommend Harte Remodels for any home remodel. It's not easy to find a contractor that is reasonably priced, maintains a schedule and most importantly produces high quality work. My husband and I bought an older Victorian House with 5 bedrooms, but only 2 full bathrooms, and no bathrooms on the first floor. We decided to go with John Harte and his remodeling team to put in a powder room in the first floor and an en suite modern bathroom and closet for the master bathroom. John and his team did a great job. We are very pleased with the final products.

Professional and thorough! I bought a house that needed SO much work...so much more than I had ever done before. After getting proposals from a few firms, I selected Harte Remodels. John was thorough, trustworthy, and kept me informed of all along the way. He had great ideas, and helped me with design and materials suggestions as well as and changes and options. John is quite a craftsman. He transformed two ramshackle closets on the third floor into a beautiful bath retreat. Also, we found John to be very reliable and easy to work with. He worked only on our project and showed up every day until it was complete. We were so pleased we are waiting on John to do a few smaller projects on our home, we would not trust anyone else. We are very pleased with the job that John and his crew have done. We had our basement finished including a large bar, gym, media room and full bath. It was a big job and very involved. John took his time to do quality work rather than rush just to get the job done. John was very honest and his crew was very polite and respectful to our home. They were here everyday and didn't jump back and forth between jobs. We definitely recommend him and would hire him again for any future remodels.

We have thoroughly enjoyed working with John Harte on the renovation/remodel of our home. We could not be happier with the newly added second floor bathroom and closet, and completely renovated bedrooms, downstairs bathroom, living room and kitchen. John has been very professional and excellent to work with while we have been remote to the area. John provided great guidance and support to our renovation with classic yet modern upgrades to our much older home. While most would find renovating a home from a far stressful, John has been timely in his communication throughout the entire span of the project.
