They were on time everyday, and took great pains to make sure everything in my bathroom remodel was done perfectly. Down to the smallest details. The workers who came in and out were polite, and made sure to leave my house as nice as they found it. I would highly recommend Connor Contracting. I look forward to finding more things around my home for them to do.

I rarely take the time to write reviews of this type, but I was so impressed with Connor Contracting I thought I would take the time to share my experience. They recently installed a walk-in shower for my 97 year-old father and did a fabulous job! We live in a high-rise in downtown Phoenix which was built in 1965, so you can imagine some of the challenges that contractors face in doing construction jobs here, from the old infrastructure, to asbestos to having to navigate the elevators, limited hours and other residents. Very few have been as successful in our building over the years as they have and they are generally regarded as the best contractor among our community. They were stellar from top to bottom: From Stacy, the owner, to Kyle our Construction Manager to Paul, the Supervisor on the job all the way down to the subs they used. Everyone was always on-time, polite, clean and wearing masks and they cleaned up after themselves every day and completed the project with as little disruption as possible. They also took on a couple of minor side projects we asked them to look at which were probably better suited for a handyman and completed them quickly and graciously. Now if you think that is a glowing recommendation, get THIS: the project was completed on time and on budget! BAM. How often do you hear THAT about a contractor? I've used other contractors before and experienced many of the nightmares many of you probably have. Not with Conner Contracting. They are the best!

We reached out to Connor Contracting via a reference from a friend. We had multiple tasks to be completed, including replacing our current kitchen sink with a farm sink, building a couple of new pull drawers and putting a new door (security) into our on suite for bathroom access from the pool. We were delighted with the work, the professional attitude of the staff and how well everything turned out! All the staff were pleasant, on point and actually cleaned up the work area every night before leaving (unlike some other contractors we have worked with in the past!). Kyle (the lead on the project) was a joy to work with, always ready to answer questions and to assist with any new requests from our end. If you are looking for quality work, look no further than Connor Contracting! Highly recommended!

Stacy Connor stayed in touch with me every step of the way and was always available to answer any and all of my questions. His guys showed up on time every single day of the project and went over and above to make sure everything was done just so and to my liking. They are truly a professional company and I can’t imagine using anyone else!

Had a kitchen cabinet that was separating from the wall. Had a terrible time even getting a call back from many companies, then I called Connor Contracting. When I described the problem, Tracy advised that they aren't able to help, and what I really need is a local handyman. I explained that I had no luck in finding someone, and thanked him for talking to me. To my surprise, he called back and referred my to Built by Grace. I called them, was able to have some come out the next day, and they did a great job (and was very affordable). Thanks VERY much to Connor Contracting for their consideration and taking the time to call me back with a referral. Very impressed with the professionalism and caring.

Having survived one major interior remodel 20 years ago (same residence), we approached this project with an abundance of caution. A friend had recently completed a substantial remodel and highly recommended Connor Contracting LLC. After performing the preliminary design steps, including several meetings with Jonelle Davis, the interior designer on the project, we were provided with an estimate/budget for the scope of work involved. This evolved over time as we made various product selections but Stacy Connor and Jonelle were very diligent in providing options in keeping with our vision. After a thorough review of our final product selections, including an electrical/plumbing walk-through and sign-off of every detail in the project plan, we were provided with a project schedule. This schedule consisted of a day by day work plan, who would be performing each line item (Connor or various subcontractors) and an estimated time to complete. Work commenced on October 12, 2017 and was scheduled for final City of Scottsdale Inspection on January 2, 2018. Actual completion slipped a week but that was primarily due to some unforeseen structural issues and out of scope work additions at our request. Fortunately, we have a mother-in law quarters adjacent to the house, allowing us to be on-site throughout the project. The on-site construction foreman and his partner were on the project virtually every day from start to finish, performing their tasks as well as managing the subcontractors, all of whom had long-term relationships with Connor Contracting. Property clean-up was accomplished at the end of every work day. Since the washer and dryer had to be removed during construction, it was reconnected every Friday so we could catch-up on laundry over the weekend (very considerate). Everyone involved throughout the project was professional and respectful not only of us but of the neighborhood as well. We are extremely pleased with the final product. Our house looks great and we are proud of it. The Connor Contracting team and Jonelle Davis were a pleasure to work with and we have no outstanding issues to report. We highly recommend them to any homeowner contemplating a remodel.

We hired Connor Contracting after seeing their other completed projects in the Waterfront Residences. We couldn’t have had a better experience from start to finish! We worked with Stacy Connor and local designer Jonelle Davis on the renovations of our master bath, guest bath and powder room. Stacy Connor has a top notch team and subs who did an excellent job and finished on time. We are thrilled with the finished product and are so proud to show it off! We hired Connor Contracting because of their integrity and commitment to making us satisfied. We could not be happier with how our kitchen, master bedroom and bath, and family room came out. Stacy and his team are total professionals and listened to us and answered questions throughout the remodel process. We hope to collaborate with them again on future remodel projects. How many customers would ever say that?!

Mr. Connor is a true professional. His entire team utilized great communications and always worked to a great end! Tim and his team always showed up on time ready to go. Excellent project planning and the craftsmanship of the finished product is outstanding. When I need further work Tim and his team will be tops on my list.

Stacy remodeled our bathroom for us with a new custom shower, custom top mount soaking tub, new cabinets, new lighting and new tile floor. The work began right on schedule and was finished in seven weeks, with very little idle time waiting for the next step of the work. Harry and Miles, his general carpentry workmen were wonderful to work with, always willing to jump in to fix up even the most minor detail. Edgar, his tile subcontractor, is a true artisan and the final result was splendid. Dan, his electrical subcontractor, was very efficient, and willing to go the extra mile and rehang a chandelier when we decided that it was hung just a bit too high, even though we were the ones that told him to hang it that way.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Connor Contracting! In 20 years of home ownership, we have never come across a more dedicated, trustworthy, professional team of craftsmen builders. It all begins with Stacy Connor- he is a craftsman builder genius and a true gentleman with utmost integrity. He and his team expect only to deliver the best. Our family moved from Dallas, TX and purchased an existing home in Scottsdale. We bought it with the intention of renovating it. We added doors, windows, knocked through walls, added molding, cabinets, cabinet refinishing, closet/garage organization, garage doors, hardware, outdoor iron work, painting, lighting, tile and carpet. It was a 3 month's scope project and there was progress everyday. Connor Contracting had come highly recommended by our interior designer, whom we hired right away after the home purchase. Stacy's reputation in construction preceded him- when he builds, he does it right. He's professional in every sense and he's dependable and fair in price. That was originally what appealed to us. Stacy took the time getting to know precisely what we wanted and he worked with our designer. Together, it was a solid team effort! Stacy designated Kyle to be in charge of our renovation project. Kyle is incredible and represents Connor Contracting in a way Stacy would be so proud. Working with Stacy, Kyle did a magnificent job planning and executing all of the projects within the timeframe we needed. Not only was Kyle hands-on working diligently to finish his daily projects, he worked cohesively with others making sure other tradesmen (a few we brought in on our own) were able to get their daily projects finished up within our home as well. Kyle is an exceptional example of a remarkable leader- he is positive, motivated, and has that certain charismatic trait people are drawn to. Like Stacy, Kyle is a perfectionist in that when something is done, it is done right the first time. Even as Kyle's team was putting finishing touches in areas, sometimes in the smallest of places that would go unnoticed, they spent extra time addressing those areas- all on their own doing. Seeing that made us feel so good- that someone cared so much about every detail being just right. The way in which this team worked was a direct reflection on Stacy Connor and his philosophy in how Connor Contracting is run and serves its clients. They're innovative and if a surprise occurs along the way, they're thoughtful, concrete, quick thinkers. Next year, we will be adding a casita onto our property and we know exactly who we're using- Stacy Contracting. We hope we can get every single craftsman Stacy sent to us. We are grateful they took such good care of us at a time when we needed it- during a big out-of-state move. They feel like family now. By the way, the home they remodeled for us is GORGEOUS! We are very, very happy.

Connor Contracting did a perfect remodel for me! It was on budget and on time.
