Designers Resource Centre

I was lucky to found DRC nearby to replace my old drapes with the new motorized system. I really got impressed with their massive verity of fabrics and hardware. However they have a lot more to offer, including upholstery, wallpapers etc. It took a bit long for my drapes get ready but it does absolutely worth. Thanks Rostam for his professional installation service.

Excellent quality, great service. They have almost everything an interior designer would need. Very convenient as we can source material here and get custom products at the same place, no running around. Also they install/deliver. Just went to check the finishing of my custom sectional when they were manufacturing in their workroom, and it's really good, sharing some pictures.

Designer's Resource Centre is a beautiful showroom in Vancouver. They offer the highest quality in Kitchen & Bathroom products. We've worked with DRC for a few years and are very impressed with their service and innovative home design solutions.

This company installed roller blinds for us 2 years ago which we were initially pleased with. Beginning about 8 months later the pull chain has broken 4 times (about 2x a year). We were told it isn't our fault but rather a heavy blind and unfortunately inevitable. We were told "if you don't purchase a Mercedes you can expect problems" which I assume implies we didn't buy the high end blind? Either way each time we request a technician to come fix the chain we are quoted how many times this has happened and for our most recent call on October 6th 2014 we were told to expect a technician between 3-5pm. We waited at home and not only did no one show up, no one called to cancel or let us know what to expect. When I called to follow up they apologized and said an appointment would be made in 2 days. 3 days later I have still not heard so called and again we were told "I'm sorry- our installer has a personal issue." I believe if this is true that we should still be contacted as the paying customer. We would like to work with a company for blind servicing that has better customer service and stands by their product as opposed to blaming and standing up the paying customer.
