Mediterranean Masterpiece, Built to Last! We recently completed our Mediterranean-style custom home in Ponte Vedra beach, Florida with Brandon Construction, LLC, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. After considering several general contractors in Northeast Florida, we chose Brandon for their reputation for quality construction—a must for coastal durability—and their ability to manage every detail of a truly custom design.

Beau was great in helping to answer several pre-construction questions and pointed me in the right direction. He was willing to listen patiently and address my questions completely!

Home remodeling can be tough, especially when doubling the size of a house built in 1975, adding a second story and remodeling nearly everything. Luckily Brandon was up for it and at the top of his game as there were several surprises along the way. This construction company was very easy to communicate with and readily available to discuss any topic which came up. They knew from the beginning that a remodel required more flexibility during construction as oddities arose along the job but they worked and smiled all along the way. We always felt that no matter what stage the construction was in at our residence the guys on the site were actively engaged and ready to go. One thing that set these guys apart as we discussed using their services was their willingness to use specific sub-contractors for plumbing, HVac, roofing, floor, doors, cabinets etc..., we have several sub-contractors we wanted used and they were fine with it and worked well with each of them. Somehow they did all this with our budget in mind and they helped us keep the costs in line. We also were able to use an app on our phones and computer to keep up with the construction process and upload the items we wanted in the home such as oven, microwave, light fixtures and all the rest, this was convenient as nothing could get lost. Toward the end of construction the punch list got shorter and shorter and as things were finalized and we moved in we found them still readily available and asking if there was anything we were finding which didn't function correctly or if there were any walls we damaged while moving. This was a really cool as we felt they cared a little more than we even thought they did, great work Brandon Construction. Brandon Construction has worked on several projects for myself and my customers. As a real estate agent having a trusted builder who you know will deliver what customers want is priceless. I have and will continue to use Brandon as my trusted source for new construction and remodels.

We hired Brandon to build our custom home in Feb 2015, after interviewing a few other local builders. Right after meeting Brandon we knew he was the right guy for the job. He evaluated our plans & budget, met with our designer Bob Esposito and went to work building our house. Brandon has a systematic approach to building and is very upfront with what is happening next, he actually has an app where you can track progress and send messages directly to him. We liked that he was quick to responding to questions & concerns, and he has a ton of experience with building custom homes. He encourages open communication, and is alway willing to weigh in on any decisions. We would highly recommend Brandon Construction, in fact we referred him to two other clients.

I have worked with Brandon Construction on three projects. It is important for me to have a contractor that I can talk to and who will get back to me in a timely manner. Brandon returned my communications quickly and answered all my questions. I know that his warranty is solid if a future problem arises he will take care of it.

Working on an art gallery needs to be performed by people who are careful, patient and considerate. We feel all of these qualities were displayed by Brandon Construction on our project.

Brandon performed a variety of repairs and renovations at our house, including siding repair and painting. He did a great job, was extremely professional and was always great to deal with. I strongly recommend Brandon and will continue to use him on future projects.

Brandon Construction remodeled both of my bathrooms - Master Bathroom & Hall Bath & they turned out incredible. They also repainted the whole interior of my home & reconstructed the roof on my screened lanai so that it doesn't leak anymore.
