Lakeland Homes

M.Andre and Mike helped me through out my journey very efficiently. They’ve supported me through out every step and I couldn’t be more grateful for that

Our journey with Lakeland Homes started back in late July 2020. Almost six moths later, it has come to and end and we are now proud owners of a beautiful home that Lakeland build for us. Our experience through the process was like no other. Everything that they promised, they delivered on time with superior craftmanship , addressing even the smallest of concerns we brought forward to them. That made this whole process stress free for us. It took us 20 year to decide to build a new home because of previous nightmare experience we had and we are extremely happy we chose Lakeland. Expectations were not only meet but also exceeded. We would like to say thank you to Andre, Mike M, Caleb, Mike O, Bob , Pat and everyone else that was in any shape or form involved in building our home. Aleks and Maja

Mike McMahon and the Lakeland Team make the process of building a home from B.C. seamless. The communication we had with them and the suppliers they used was fluid, any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. They built a beautiful forever home for us and we are very happy with our choice to have Lakeland Homes build our home. We highly recommend Lakeland Homes. John and Pat

It is a pleasure to have our dream home build by Lakeland Homes, took us a long journey and with lots of worries, stress and concerns to build a new home from all the words from everyone we know that ever build a new home, in which they made like it was nothing. Every discussion from the offer, plan to make all of the choices, 1st walk though, all the way to day it closed were very smooth. The house was perfect, beautiful and fantastic to every detail and it closed on time. Every issues was immediately taken care of. Communication from the first meeting to the end and on going has been fantastic with lightning speed reply and assistance. Andre, Mike McMahon, Mike Olar, Pat Tuer and the rest of the team has been really fantastic. We definitely recommend Lakeland Homes to anyone that wants to build a new home in Windsor-Kent.

Lakeland homes has been nothing but professional, courteous and well organized. They have been forthright in communicating throughout the entire process from start to finish. This despite being swamped with requests and work during the time I worked with them. A.M. Nishizaki-Pozzuoli

Our home is beautiful. Service was excellent. They are quality builders with great representatives. Made building a new home a pleasure.

We just moved into our new home built by Lakeland Homes and we couldn't be happier with the entire design/build process. The quality of workmanship was top notch, and was only surpassed by their great customer service. We had built a house with another local builder 10 years ago, and there was no comparison between the two. Mike and his team did everything possible to make sure we were happy with the outcome. The follow up service after we moved in has also been great, as all minor fixes were swiftly corrected. I would highly recommend using building with them! We now have our dream house come to a reality. Thanks Lakeland!!!!
