From the first phone call, Steve was always friendly, professional, honest and transparent with very reasonable quotes, consultations and helping with colour choices to paint the interior of our townhouse using good quality products, which made it a very easy decision to hire Steve & his team. After starting the job, I was really impressed that Steve would visit regularly, making sure everything was on track and always made time to speak with me, answering any questions I had during the work being done, in person and on the phone. Fantastic customer service. I also felt very comfortable with each member of Steve’s team, who were all polite, trustworthy, friendly, approachable and all worked efficiently to change the entire look of the house in a timely manner. The entire paint job is wonderful, clean and tidy and the colours and quality of paint products recommended by Steve have given the house a fresh, clean airy and light atmosphere.
