Archadeck - Metro West Boston

Archadeck Metro West designed us a beautiful, custom screened in porch, deck and patio. The crew was timely, respectful and especially receptive to mid project design changes. The finished project was on time and on budget. Post project support has been amazing. Whether its changing a damaged screen, or making an adjustment to a door, or fixing a failed post like, Archadeck is committed to the long term happiness of the customer. I'd absolutely recommend Archadeck for your project and I'd personally use them and only them for our future decking, porch and patio projects.

It has been almost 6 years since Joe Fiorentino of Archadeck built my deck. The project was a one story ipe deck with a rubber roof underneath the decking creating a dry carport below. I'm writing now because I finally have time and because the deck continues to be an absolutely phenomenal addition to my house. It is a truly beautiful design and is incredibly well crafted. Joe and Steve were both a pleasure to work with throughout the project. Joe has even given me continued advice over the years on maintenance, staining, etc. This last summer, another contractor (completely unrelated) threw a cigarette butt into a construction barrel on my deck and then went home. I was on vacation. The ensuing fire was apparently visually spectacular. My ipe deck, however, was built like a tank. While items on the deck burnt or melted, the deck itself did not catch fire and looks great after a bit of sanding and scrubbing. The rubber roof even remained unscathed. Most importantly, because the deck did not catch fire, my home was saved. Even the Brookline Fire Chief on scene told me that the deck's sturdy construction saved my house from total disaster. I simply cannot thank them enough.

When we purchased our house nearly 3 years ago, we had one vision for an addition that we knew would make our house really become our home. When the time came and we were ready to explore making this vision a reality, we were fortunate to be introduced to Archadeck. Though we had an idea of what we wanted, Archadeck was able to take our concept and create what we believe to be the most spectacular part of our home. Joe and his team were a true pleasure to work with, they were professional, courteous, thoughtful and treated the project as if it was one they were building for their own home.We couldn't be happier with the end result and are certain we will be hiring them again for a future project.

Hired this company to build a deck and paid a deposit in good faith without having a final design. Once we arrived at final design they refused to install the deck or refund my deposit of over $3,000. Highly disrespectful and unprofessional.
