I’ve been working with Ramona on four projects in the last thee years. The first and the most complex was related to split entry space. I initially searched a lot of examples over internet but still struggled with idea how to organize the space, once Ramona came in, she was able to design a couple amazing solutions and I picked up the one that would work the best in my case. Her approach and design ideas are unique for each space, she listens and asks questions and then builds projects that fit your needs the best way possible. Totally recommended!

Ramona did an excellent job throughout the entire process of creating a new primary closet space. She was professional, had great suggestions, and was very prompt and responsive in her communication with us. She went above and beyond delivering a great product and outstanding customer service. We are thoroughly pleased with all the closet systems that Ramona designed for our new condo, including: the coat closet, primary and guest bedroom walk-ins, 2 linen closets, and our storage room. Ramona is the 'Best of the Best'! I have a closet in a hallway, and it isn't large, but Ramona made every inch work beautifully, and she, in a sense, made it into a large closet. Working with the Closet Factory was a rewarding and enjoyable experience. If you want the best, Ramona and the Closet Factory are the best!!!

Ramona hit it out the park again! She turned an awkward bedroom without a closet into an office with a closet. She designed the perfect home office! Can’t wait to see our master closet next!

I highly recommend Closet Factory. When we were remodeling our family room, Ramona Miller helped us design bookshelf, counter, and storage units. We were very pleased with the results. The units were beautiful- quality materials, expertly installed, and perfectly suited to our needs. Recently a shelf started sagging. We contacted Ramona. Closet Factory replaced the shelf at no charge even though it had been 5 years since they were installed.

Ramona designed a closet for my house in 2017 and it was expertly installed. Ramona's design makes good use of a tricky space and I appreciate the closet every day. I am grateful to Ramona for her careful work to make it so functional and elegant.

I was in my closet this morning, transitioning from summer to fall, and had to send you a long overdue note to say THANK YOU so much for your creative talent! I love my new closet – as does my daughter. I don’t have all of the right hangers yet and I still have to hang my chandelier but overall it is a dream!
