We hired Choice Home Remodeling and it was a disaster. Very sub standard work. The installation team did not install items correctly and the work was very sloppy. They came back numerous times and kept on making the issues worse. We were very disappointed since they used to be a very professional and reputable company. Beware before you hire!

While their customer service and professionalism is great, their product is not. In under a year I had a service man come out 3 times, two for paint chipping and scratches, one for the door lock no longer aligning and the frame warping. Now here I am just over my one year warranty and yet another scratch is on my door. This large scratch was from my small key chain on my purse. The others they said may have been from my cats but they were in the form of paint chips, not scratches. This door was advertised as scratch proof, scratch resistant. I paid almost $4000. This door can not take anything other being handled with with white gloves. It’s upsetting to know you paid top dollar and was advertised as something it is not. This door scuffs and scratches from almost anything and looks horrible since it is black coated with white underneath. Do not use touch up paint provided, it does not match, which the service man agreed he has heard that before (why still give it out). He has a product that matches better but was unable to give us any. I was planning on going with choice to replace all windows with my home but will now look elsewhere.

We selected Choice Windows and Door for both a kitchen and a bathroom remodel. From start to finish, they have been great. Alyssa helped with design for both rooms and we couldn't be happier about the finished product. The people who came to our house to do the work were all very professional and very friendly. Any issues that came up during construction were handled without it becoming a big deal. All work was completed on-time, according to the project schedule we got up front. I used their services twice and would recommend to friends.

My wife and I hired Choice Windows and Doors to replace our siding, windows and back door. We met with Kyle first. He was very personable and thorough in explaining our options. He was also professional in explaining which options would give us the best value for our money. He did not pressure us into upgrades or spending more than we wanted to but simply explained our options. His suggestions for energy efficiency have been accurate. The installation crew was top notch. They completed the job on time without leaving a mess. Even our neighbors were commenting on how professional and thorough this company was. Our house looks brand new at a reasonable cost. Don’t risk spending your money on a company that you can’t trust. With Choice the end result will be quality.

We have used Choice for our windows, doors, gutters, and a bathroom remodel. We have found them to be very personable, easy to work with, and if there is ever a problem they come right out and resolve it. We had a unique situation with our bathroom design as we opted to install a dumbwaiter. Courtney Bird was great with helping this unique design feature which will allow us to access the dumbwaiter from both the Bathroom and the Kitchen. We are currently working with them on our kitchen remodel as well.

We had a very good experience with this contractor. The kitchen designer, Courtney, did a fantastic job helping us coordinate all the items in our new kitchen. The schedule coordinator, Sue, was fantastic. Everyone showed up on time. Our craftsmen did a simply beautiful job. They met their completion date and we were very happy with the service we received.

We had a wind storm on (Wed) March 8th that ripped the siding off the attic side of our home. With an impending snow storm in the future, I called around to different area companies to repair the siding. Two companies said they would be out after the weekend to give me an estimate and could start the work the following week. Choice Windows said they would be out tomorrow and could probably start a day or two after. Next day, Lonnie was there with an estimate and had also found other areas of our home where the siding was bulging and loose. We informed him of the snow that was to arrive in two days and he shuffled one of his employees work schedule to accommodate getting the work completed before the snow had arrived. The work was completed within the estimate, in a timely matter and by a polite and knowledgeable employee, Tim. He worked diligently and professionally. We appreciate the time he took to answer our questions.

I have used Choice for a couple of home projects. They updated my kitchen adjusting cabinets to fit new refrigerator and assisted in planning new counter tops, back splash, sink and appliances. I also selected a new front door and had them install as well. They were excellent in my opinion from the planning to the installation stage.
