CertaPro Painters of Columbus, GA - Auburn, AL

Zero stars is what CertaPro from Cols, Ga., and Auburn, Al., truly deserves. I found so many things wrong after they finished and left. My front and back porches have peeled three times. They repainted, told me they would be back, kept setting dates and never returned. My house has never been finished. What happened to integrity, honesty and respect?

We utilized CertaPro for an exterior house and deck painting. Mike did a full inspection of the house / deck and provided multiple options for us to choose from. Kris even came by to help us select colors for the project. Their crew was courteous and did an excellent job on the project. I would use them again if needed and recommend them to everybody I know.

Certa Pro did an excellent Job after we rewarded their bid at Golf Colony in Stillwaters at Dadeville, Alabama. They were Professional and attentive to detail while performing a Proffessional Job. I have recommended them to several different Owners for their needs!

Kris is very knowledgeable about her paint selections and works with you to choose colors that will make you happy and your home great. The paint contractors were very pleasant and cordial. They were respectful of my place and did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

Christine and her team painted the outside of our house this summer. They were extremely professional, friendly, and dependable. They are extremely hard working and did a fantastic job.

Mike and Kristin's painting crew painted the exterior of my house, desk and ceilings on the interior. They are a pleasure to work with on my housing project. Their crews have done an excellent.job in everything they have repainted. I had an incident that one of their crews used the wrong paint on my deck and the immediately sent a crew out to repaint it with the correct paint.

Mike and Kris were great to work with! They both understood my time frame and were able to accommodate my schedule. Kris kept in touch routinely as she knew I had a lot on my plate. They even worked with me on a color change since I was not happy with the one I chose - Yikes! A BIG thanks to Kris for her patience. I would definitely recommend CertaPro!

To start the process, CertaPro gave me one of the most detailed estimates I've seen in a while. Full of pictures and details, Mike fully laid out his recommendations for how to complete the job but didn't force any of the extras that you often have to deal with. Throughout the bid process and job he communicated with me often and clearly, ensuring that I was aware of every step. On the back end of the job, he worked diligently to ensure that I was pleased with the final product. Bottom line - I highly recommend CertaPro of Columbus/Auburn.
