From "no" to "wow" in 28 days -- that's what Brady 3 did for our kitchen. Beginning with the initial consult, through the hanging of our last shelf, the company was professional, punctual (the word doesn't do it justice), and the quality of the work was exemplary. Our home was built in 1940 and the kitchen was probably last remodeled decades ago. The sink was wedged into the corner, the floor was a light laminate, there was very little storage space and the cabinets were dated. Trevor Miller, the CEO of the company, first came to our home for a consult in January. Within days, he produced a new kitchen design that incorporated all of our wishes, including new, white cabinets, additional cabinetry and drawers in a different location in the kitchen, quartz countertop, wood flooring, a floor-to-ceiling pantry that was not there before, a reshaping of a window frame and a door frame, plumbing and electrical work, and paint -- all within our budget. He met with us personally to pick out finishes, the specific countertop. He gave us an approximate start date of March 10. His crew was there on the 10th and was done with the entire remodel in four weeks! Trevor told us to expect a six-week remodel! Brady 3 employees were clean with their work -- we lived comfortably in the home throughout the remodel -- respectful of our privacy, and cared deeply for their quality. All of this work, all of this professionalism, all of this care -- not a penny over budget! We have done a few minor projects with Trevor and Brady 3 since, and when it's time to remodel the bathrooms, and one day build a new garage, we will not bother seeking multiple bids. We know what we're getting with Brady 3.
