Jeremy and Sheena at Bella Vista were a ray of sunshine at a time of tragedy for us and our family. After losing our home to a devastating house fire in 2016 we were recommended to Bella Vista Developments by a Mutual friend. We had no clue how to start rebuilding our home and no idea what to do. Bella Vista and there crew were so helpful and made every single step of building our home easy and enjoyable. After our first meeting they gave us direction and guidance. After our second meeting we had a budget in place and took a virtual look at our future home. Every detail was thought out and perfected to a T. One of our favorite experiences was there amazing budget apps they created. No changes were made without our approval and when changes were made you could automatically see the difference on your overall budget with a click of a button. Not many people that have built can say they came in on budget and ahead of schedule, but we can and we did. This would have never happened without Bella Vista Developments behind us. A year later after our home was built we reached out again to Jeremy and Sheena this time with a dream to build a retail space that would house my clothing store Business Avenue Fashions. They did not disappoint again !! 4 years after a house and a retail space both built by Bella Vista we remain in touch with them in hopes one day they will build our cabin at the lake. We highly recommend Jeremy and Sheena at Bella Vista Developments if you are considering a build or renovation of any kind they will not disappoint!

Throughout the entire building of our house we had a positive experience with all domains Bella Vista Developments. From our initial meeting with Jeremy and Sheena there were clear expectations, realistic budget and efficient time frame. Building a house needs a trusting relationship and we felt that from the beginning. Throughout the build there was constant communication to make sure everyone one on the same page. To have built our house while staying on budget was extremely important to us and Bella Vista Developments made that happen. Throughout the process workers felt like family. Two years after our move in date Bella Vista Developments continues to check in with us, going above and beyond most builders.

Ours was a big project, spanning two-and-a-half months, including the replacement of an entire exterior wall with a wall of windows, moving a fireplace, complete kitchen reno, complete powder room reno, complete ensuite bathroom reno, building and tiling a sunroom roof, plus significant painting, baseboards and trim replacement, lighting and other updates in the house. Someone smarter than me told me that when you’re interviewing potential contractors for a big job, don’t only pay attention to the price, but to the people offering the service – because they will be big part of your life for a significant period of time and it will make a big difference if you like them. We liked Jeremy and Sheena (Bella Vista owners) from the get go. Probably the best compliment I can pay is that now, even months later, I still like them and throughout the process remained consistently impressed with their staff. They were steadfastly professional, courteous, resourceful, good-humoured, seemed to sincerely enjoy working together, and at times I thought of them more as artists, paying meticulous and balanced attention to both the beauty and durability of our end product. The underlying bones of a project which includes a great deal of sawing and hammering and precision planning and construction is just as important as the beautiful layer eventually placed on top of it. Sheena and Jeremy are awesome and they have assembled an awesome hard-working team to look after everything from cabinets and flooring to tiling, electrical, plumbing and cleaning needs; Anesti, Jordan, Larissa, Sarah, Jesse, Mitch, Tom, Kerti, Anna, Darc, Zac, Sheldon, Matt, Oscar & Charlie…and I apologize to those whose names I’ve missed. Bella Vista delivered what they promised. The always showed up (sometimes even on long weekends just to get a job done). With us living in part of the house during the renovation, they were always considerate of that fact. Particularly in the design phase, they were more than willing to try new things, think outside the box, be innovative, and displayed great patience and flexibility. Their Co-Construct online project management system was a user-friendly interface between them and me as homeowner and an excellent way to keep track of a large complicated project. I’m sure there were a million more issues than I was made aware of, and problems were only brought to me after they’d already considered possible solutions. We greatly appreciated their attention to detail on final walkthrough and dedication to getting things wrapped up on time or as soon as possible. I cannot recommend Bella Vista highly enough.

Bella Vista was an absolute pleasure to work with. The helped with the design, handled the project from start to finish, and stayed on schedule as promised. They made it a stress free experience. The quality of the work was fantastic, and we now have a beautiful new renovated kitchen. We would like to thank Sheena and Jeremy ( the owners) for all there great advice, Jordyn( who was here almost every day overseeing the work), Larissa for her great design work, and Anasti for putting it all together. We interviewed many other companies and felt that Jeremy and Sheena were eager to create the house we described. They listened to what we wanted and cross checked to make sure they created our house. They provided multiple drawings and information about our house and products being used, to ensure that we were all on the same page. They offered lots of options so that we understood what was possible. Our goal was that the home would be warm and welcoming - our interactions with Jeremy, Sheena, Jordyn, Larissa and Anesti led us to believe that they would create not just a house but a home and that is exactly what they did! Best part about the project - can't - every closet, door frame, flooring, bathroom is better than we anticipated...it really is a special little home. Can hardly wait for spring/summer so we can enjoy the outdoor spaces they have developed. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Bella Vista and we would highly recommend them to everyone.

From the first time I walked in I was amazed at the attention to details and the little extras in our dream kitchen that Guy came up with. We were so impressed with the product that before they were even done our kitchen we decided to Reno our bathrooms and laundry room. Thanks Sheena, Jeremy and staff for all of your help. And the lives edge table is my happy piece!!!!!

First met the owner Sheena at a trade show and were impressed with her presentation and decided to get a quote on a complete kitchen renovation. They were very attentive to our needs and worked closely with us throughout the process offering a number of suggestions regarding materials, colors and layout. Required coordination with sub trades was excellent. We were vary pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Bella Vista has been absolutely fantastic from minute one! And concise breakdown of budget which stayed true with absolutely no surprises was so great.It is evident that Bella Vista is a business with the utmost integrity along with the highest level of expectations for their products, trades work and trades workers. This is both impressive and appreciated. Every staff member and trades worker was respectful, friendly and on task. The quality of every product is exceptional. We wanted lots of light, the utmost amount of storage and special features like a lovely coffee station area and a kitty nook, all of which Bella Vista created for us! And our beautiful dream kitchen is absolutely perfect and is just so, so pretty!! We could not possibly be happier!!

Sheena has amazing talent for interpreting client wishes into realistic and beautiful interior spaces. She continues to surprise and delight with interesting and thoughtful finishes. Jeremy goes above and beyond for his customers to secure the best local trades at fair prices. He is constantly staying on the pulse of regional building trends to offer competitive service.

We had a great experience with Bella Vista Development Corporation. We had a major renovation of our kitchen & the main floor bathroom plus some upgrading of the living room and dining room. It was completed on time and on budget. The bonus was that you felt very comfortable with the people. We did not know Sheena & Jeremy Sinclair before we selected them as our contractor. We interviewed 3 renovation companies before short listing Bella Vista as the one we would look at most closely. We did this on the basis of their ability to listen and their clarity in being able to tell us their management style. We then followed up with some references. Once we had an understanding of what we had mind Bella Vista provided a breakdown of each cost area involved in the renovation. They then add their management fee which you will discover is your best value for money spent on the renovation, saving costly mistakes, excellent warranty and timely completion. Sheena was our primary contact once the project started and she is very good with working with you on all the decisions that need to be made. Bella Vista uses a modern computerized construction program that allows much of the communication to occur without meeting face to face. This system documents what you agreed to as you make the 100's of decisions that a construction project involves. We were very impressed with all the sub trades who were all respectful of us and our home. It was very apparent also that the sub trades all had a good relationship with Sheena and Jeremy. Home renovations involve many decisions and can be very stressful but Sheena facilitated the process during the planning and the construction stage such that it went together very well. . A job well done.

Last January we decided we wanted to renovate our house. We tried to draw a plan and incorporate all of our needs and wants on our own. This quickly became overwhelming and we knew we were in over our heads. We heard about Jeremy and Sheena and decided to give them a call. They listened to what we were wanting and took the stress out of the planning for us. We live in a rural community 200Km from our closest city so ease of obtaining supplies and contractors can be a challenge. We are extremely happy with the results! Jeremy and Sheena cared about what we had to say and listened to all of the details. We were very happy with the contractors they work with and the transformation to our home is stunning! We knew up front our costs and if changes were made we were always informed keeping a budget in mind. They care about the end product and the results show it.

Last year I purchased a Condo in Downtown Saskatoon. I knew that I would have to renovate the entire place, but didn't have a clue as where I should start. A friend of mine suggested Jeremy and Shenna from Bella Vista..... Fast forward 3 months later, and the amazing transformation was complete, and I couldn't have been happier. From the early planning stages through to completion, the project was stress-free for our family. Jeremy and Sheena ensured that every detail was looked after, and had a lot of great ideas for the design that we would not have thought of on our own. They designed a great build out/feature wall that gets comments from everyone that sees it. The project management/CRM program they use was a great way for us to communicate approvals, or for anything related to the project. And most importantly the project was on time, and on budget. We were very pleased with the end result of our project. Our 80's drab exterior of our home was turned into an eye stopper. We are happy to recomment Bella Vista Development Corp. The lower level of our 2 year old house was completely developed by them. They were very particular with their workers. If the Job was not completed to their satification, they would have the workers redo it. They were prompt and respectful of our property. At the end of each day, the lower level was thoroughly cleaned. We were very impressed with their work ethics. They were well informed about available products and bent over backwards to find and use products that made us very satisified.
