As the third generation of the Perthel Family, Benjamin and Zachary Perthel have the experience to create homes of the utmost quality. Being personally involved in each and every home built by Perthel Homes, Inc., Zachary and Benjamin begin their involvement from the beginning of the construction process and continue through the end to the last detail. We normally have several home and lot packages available as move-in ready. In addition, we can modify an existing plan or design a new home that is as unique as our clients.
