People say building a home is a very stressful undertaking. Well, that may be true if you have a poor builder. We built our dream home with Bayer Homes, Inc. and can honestly say it was a once in a lifetime great experience. From the very start, Rick Bayer listened to what we wanted and created our beautiful home. Then, all through the building process, either Rick, Bob Bayer or any of the subcontractors that they used, would take the time and patience to answer any and all of our concerns. We would not hesitate to build again with Bayer Homes. The only problem is that we love what they created and do not want to change a thing. Very satisfied customers.

He comes up with innovative ideas and works with you to tweak those ideas into something that you will love. When you have workers in your home for an extended period of time it can be challenging. We just completed a kitchen remodel with Bayer Homes, and five years ago we did a master suite remodel with Bayer. I think these can be the most stressful areas of your home to have off line for any homeowner. Bob Bayer works with you to see that schedules are met and that the individuals that work inside your home are respectful, courteous, and often a little fun. We hired Bayer homes to gut and remodel our kitchen/dinette, entry and family room. They provided a wonderful experience and a beautiful finished product. Both Rick and Bob were easy to work with, quick to respond and creative. They kept the project moving and kept us updated on progress and any updates or changes that needed to happen. They were both great listeners to understand our needs and wants and were quick with suggestions to make our project just what we desired. We are extremely happy with the finished project and are looking forward to utilizing them in the future for some additional work.

Our contract included the remodel of our kitchen, two bathrooms, and laundry room which was finished within the estimated timeline and budget. Rick and Bob were great to work with.
