Szetograph Images

I had the pleasure of working with Szetograph Images photographing my first constructed project in the summer of 2014. Janet was timely in her responses and the provision of deliverables and was very affordable relative to other architectural photographers in Toronto. The project is located on the Western edge of Little Italy, transformed the Victorian interiors of the single family home into open, modern and vibrant spaces. The designs also facilitated the display of the client's extensive collection of high-end designer furniture. I really enjoyed the walkthroughs of the house before the shoot with Janet, to understand her visions for each shot and understanding how the use of light and perspective in the tight interior spaces could help to distinguish key aspects of the project in images. She took the time to understand my design concept and highlighted several of the features I considered to be important, including the lightness of the spaces and the unique furniture collection. Through her attention to detail and passion for her work, I felt she was able to capture the conceptual story of my project, which is the indicator of a truly successful portfolio shoot.

Janet Szeto is wonderful to work with and finds the best solution in any circumstance. She is very analytical of her surroundings and in turn produces amazing images. I would definitely work with her again.

Over the past year or so, Janet Szeto has undertaken to photograph many of our architectural projects - primarily custom homes. The photos were taken at various times of the day, sometimes with challenging light conditions and from various angles Janet was able to scout out and capture. Janet then assembled the photos into our online portfolio. There is no question this portfolio has attracted clients to our firm and we give much credit to Janet for the quality of her work.
