Designed to sell Staging is a phenomenal company, no tired bland furniture, all new stuff for your listing! Her Designer is very talented, really transforms a boring, cold, bland space into a cozy home for potential Buyers - huge difference. A difference that means, faster under contract and more money in seller's (and your's) pocket. I've been with my real estate company for 34 years and it took me 30 to find the best staging company, easy contracts, and no surprise fees.

Jan was great to work with on staging our loft to sell. She co- ordinated with our realtor to access the loft for set up & removal of all staging. The furniture, artwork & accessories showed off the assets of an industrial styled loft. Fees were reasonable & payment was easy online. Could not have been more please with the results!

Home sale

While selling our house, we realized we needed to stage the house to add depth, color and warmth to an empty house. Even though we painted the interior and cleaned it thoroughly, it was 2-demonsional, blank slate. We hired Designed to Sell who quickly and professionally added perspective and color so potential buyer could better understand room size, living spaces and see themselves living there. They did a remarkable job and the house went into contract within a couple weeks.
