We bought our extremely dated 1980s home because it was in a great neighborhood, and walking distance to our children’s elementary school. With Alexandra’s help, we took it down to the studs and completely remodeled it. She helped us choose everything from the tile and floor-to-ceiling windows to the furnishings. Alexandra brought light and a new life into our home! She incorporated our treasured antiques while creating a family-friendly, updated feel. We now have a space that we love to gather with family and friends. Alexandra is so versatile and can accommodate any decorating style. We had fun working together!

Alexandra is so client-focused and creative, professional and prompt. She stays within my budget and handles everything with a smile. In addition to designing my powder room and daughter’s bedroom, she transformed my large, unfinished, upstairs room into a game room that everyone loves. It feels like a plush, Ritz-Carlton hotel with faux burled wood wallpaper on the ceiling and a lush bar area and bookcase. When neighbors come over, the women catch up at the bar while the men play ping pong. It’s fun and inviting with that ‘wow’ factor. Alexandra brought that room to life and it makes me proud.

We moved from our traditional colonial home in Nebraska and needed help designing our new forever home and 'barndominium' in Texas Hill Country. Alexandra was so warm and engaging, a dream to work with. She showed us options just enough out of our comfort zone that still perfectly fit our personality. The blue marble kitchen island is a stunning statement piece. From the full butler’s pantry features a library ladder to access upper cabinets, to our bunk room, no detail was too small. Instead of going with the traditional beige walls in our trophy room, she chose a rich hunter green to make the animals stand out. It’s the home we love but could never have envisioned without Alexandra!

Alexandra was the first interior designer I worked with who didn’t try to push their own style on me. She is a lovely woman, responsive, even-keeled, and also respectful of our lifestyle. She has a great eye for detail and remembers everything. Our home is just what we hoped for: elegant, warm and welcoming.
