High Pointe Custom Homes LLC

From our initial meeting till our closing and even now several months after closing, we have been very impressed and overwhelmingly pleased with our new home. Mike and Sarah are a wonderful team to work with and really demand quality from their worker's. Even during times of high stress and trying to meet static deadlines, all the members of the High Pointe team were great to work with and take pride in their final product. Although we are in no hurry to build another home, we would certainly use High Pointe or recommend them to others.

High Pointe Custom Homes finished our basement in 2011. The owner, Mike was easy to work with and extremely responsive to any concerns throughout the process. He was honest and fair and his subs obviously had great respect for him. I was particularly impressed with his ability to be creative and think outside the box with respect to design. Our project was finished within a reasonable amount of time and the outcome far exceeded our expectations.

We had a great building experience with High Pointe! Mike and his team guided us through every step and was always available for our many questions. This was our first time ever building and we would definitely build again with High Pointe!

High Pointe completed our basement (approximately 2200 sq ft) from framing through full finishes. Considerable trim work and high quality materials used by wonderful contractors. Recommended to build a home for my parents which is being completed in October. If we ever build another home, High Pointe will be the company we work with. Beyond the company as a whole, Mike and Sarah Williams have the highest ethics, are very easy to work with, and elevate the experience far beyond the product alone. They are consummate professionals and have earned my highest endorsement.

We worked with High Pointe to custom build cabinetry for the home we were renovating. We had a great experience. They were professional and easy to communicate with. We love the finished product!
