Our first experience with AAA Home Improvements was in about 2006 for a “refresh” of our kitchen (light remodel). Since then they have assisted us with restoration repairs when a pipe broke, flooding our finished basement, then a deck, then new roofing and finishing a basement when we moved in 2013. In 2019 we came back to AAA for a major kitchen remodel, followed by a complete renovation of our primary bathroom a couple years later. We kept returning to AAA Home Improvements time after time because of the blend of customer service and expertise that they provide. Toby is very solution oriented and reasonable to work with when problems arise. Years of history of working with a firm that is obviously concerned with getting the job done right led us to asking Toby if AAA Home Improvements would be willing to tackle a new build in a mountain community. Working with Luke and Toby on the design-build of the house was an enormous task with beautiful results! We will continue to recommend AAA Home Improvements and seek them out for future projects.

I am so pleased with AAA's work. They had a big mess to fix due to incomplete and substandard work from a different contractor that left water leaking into the house attic because of damage to the roof covering the space where the new room was to be constructed.. AAA designed and built a completely new roof, room with fireplace, level walkout from the kitchen, laundry space, maximum windows and a cover over the french doors. Their work was perfect. Everything passed code the first time. The custom fireplace mantel and tiled framing are beautiful. My friends and family that saw the mess I had before are amazed, as I am, at the finished project constructed by AAA. The hip roof designed by AAA has added to the functionality and design of the whole house. The previous contractor apparently would not or could not figure out how to design the floor to be a level walkout from the kitchen and instead there was an 8 inch step up into the construction. That step would have been higher if the floor had ever been finished with tile. . AAA with their expertise dropped the floor down to be a level walkout making the living space flow without additional barriers. I am a senior citizen and wanting to stay in my own home as long as possible necessitates having few big steps. I was grateful that AAA understood how important it was to me having a flat walkout and problem-solved to make it possible. I have updating to do in the kitchen and bathroom as well. I will be calling to begin work on the kitchen first. I wouldn't consider going with anyone else but AAA. I can't say enough good things about their work, expertise, honesty, caring and communication. I feel so fortunate!

Project took longer than expected. Overall the work was done and done well. We like the finished project. I would recommend the company to a friend. By word of mouth.

AAA was very prompt and quickly got the jobs that they bid on completed. My only problem with them is they don't stand behind their work. They poured concrete for my backyard sidewalk, but when it cracked and I asked them to repair the crack they said it was only warrantied for six months. (I contacted them in Sept. which was eight months after it had been poured.) I'm not sure when it cracked, but I felt like they should have repaired the crack with no hesitation. I also asked them to even up the front yard where the sewer pipe they replaced had settled, but was told that was Colorado weather and the ground would expand when we got moisture. Personally I doubt the ground will rise 6 to 8 inches where the pipe is laid, but hey, I'm not an expert! So far though, with higher than average snow amounts this winter, I still have a large sunken "ditch" in my front yard and a plastic pipe cap that is so crooked the lid won't stay on it. I believe quality work should last longer than 8 months, but maybe that's just my old fashioned values. Personable and friendly until you want them to honor their warranty, AAA is not a company I would use again.

Carlos came out to do some trim carpentry. He showed up on time, set up, and installed the trim efficiently and beautifully. He took his time to get the miters and joints right. The end result is beautiful. We just wished we'd had it done sooner!

AAA Home Improvements is a true team of professionals. Larry Manchester and AAA Home Improvements ensured my renovations was completed to my satisfaction and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. There communicated well through the process and provided updates on what was happening and when. The overall quality of work was exceptional especially when pricing was involved.
