Paradise Granite LLC

I would not recommend this company. My project was a nightmare. The sales associate was untrained & gave inaccurate quotes. The marble install was not correctly executed and the manager will not return calls.

We purchased our original counter tops when building our home from Paradise Granite. We thought we purchased granite, but they just didn't hold up and chipped frequently. We later found out we were sold dolomite, which is much softer than granite. So 2 years later we decided to bit the bullet and change them to granite. I spoke to Michael at Paradise Granite about giving us some sort of financial compensation-he came and inspected the counter tops and was disappointed in how they were originally fabricated. He offered to tear out and replace our counters with the product of our choice at no cost to us. My husband and I were very hesitant to work with them again, but they were amazing. The tear out went so well with no damage at all; the install was excellent and we love the new granite. The fabrication and the install were great. I really can't say enough about Michael. He was honest and he made it right! Para did an excellent job with the demo and install. The ladies in their office were always pleasant to deal with and everyone was completely professional. I would consider them for any future job and would recommend them highly.

I can’t say enough about the experience I had with this company. They did a great job and had very affordable prices. The best prices in the area. Chaca provided stellar customer service and was so kind and patient when I was choosing the color. They had so many beautiful options it was hard to decide which one to choose. Gus was very responsive to all of my questions and went out of his way to ensure the granite looked exactly how I wanted. On the installation day the crew was very fast and efficient throughout the process. My kitchen renovation turned out beautifully! I highly recommend them.
