Mark and his sons at Imagery did an absolutely beautiful remodel of our guest shower. Their obvious level of expertise and attention to detail shows in their work. They arrived each day on time, and were so personable yet very professional. They were tidy and clean, too. We highly recommend Imagery and will use them in the future.

I heard of Mark Loewer/Imagery through a friend that Mark had completed a renovation for. When my wife and I saw the quality of Mark's work, we knew that we wanted Mark to do our bathroom remodel. We actually got more than we expected. Mark was like having our own personal designer. He assisted with the design, and selection of materials and fixtures. Each aspect of our remodel was completed at the highest quality possible including the plumbing, floor tile, and shower tile. Mark suggested installing our floor tile on a diagonal..... the floor came out looking terrific. The project went so well, that we are asking about other projects in our home.

From the moment I spoke with Mark I knew he was going to be extremely collaborative in working with me. He was patient and always willing to respond to questions and suggestions I might have. I also loved that Mark keeps current about techniques and or trends towards building/remodeling. I also found that Mark is very committed to his work and detail orientated. He takes pride in his finish and that's something I rarely see in working with other contractors who prefer to rush things and want to move on to the next client. The Job: He helped renovate a very old and dingy house and spruced up every aspect from Plumbing relocation, Electrical, Relocation of AC Air Vents, all the visible aesthetics of the interior including new Ceramic Flooring throughout the House. The job site was neat and very organized. All in all.. a job that met our expectations and then some.

We had Mark,and his sons Jase and Mark, do a bathroom and kitchen remodel for us. They refaced cabinets, put in new granite countertops , backsplash and sink, and completely redid pantry to make it much more efficient. The bathroom was converted from tub to shower and toilet and vanity totally replaced. While doing this they fixed overhead lights and loose tiles. I can’t say enough about what a joy it was to have a high quality, professional,friendly team. Their design, innovation, and workmanship was truly exceptional. To get all of this at a very reasonable rate was amazing. We highly recommend them and are already planning our next project for them.

Mark with support from two of his boys recently completed a complete makeover of our kitchen pantry and a double closet configuration in our guest bedroom, and reversed the doors to our his & hers master bedroom closets allowing them to swing out instead of inward. Marks work and craftsmanship for our project was an absolute homerun. The result is greater efficiency, more space, and much better organization. I, without reservation, would recommend Imagery (and Mark) for any special home interior renovations. It is very likely that we will call upon Mark for more interior updating in the future.

We have done some serious remodel work on our current home over the last few years and have used a couple three different companies. But only one really, really stood out and that was Imagery! They did an absolutely fabulous job totally remodeling our master bathroom and powder room, which was no small feat. They were extremely detail oriented, did exactly what they said they were going to do, and hit every schedule bogey! Could not have asked for a more professional, hard working and knowledgeable group of people. I rated them 5 star for a reason..........you won't find a better group to do your remodel work. I most highly recommend them!!!

Mark is very organized when tackling a large project. He goes above and beyond to get the look you want and finding the right products for you. Very conscientious and detail oriented. Happy with the results!!

Imagery did a really nice job remodeling my master bathroom. He paid attention to the fine details and was able to get us great pricing on our cabinets, countertops, and tile. We are happy we chose Imagery for our remodel. Two thumbs up!

We hired Mark, with Imagery to remodel our master bath and master closet, about a year ago, so when it was time to remodel our kitchen, there was no question who we were calling! Mark and his sons are very professional and extremely skilled at what they do. They are hard working and pay close attention to detail. They always showed up on time and accommodated my constant requests for changes and add ons. Mark always took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions and allowed us time to think about our options, and never gave us grief about our choices, even if it meant less money for his company. They are the most hard working and dedicated company We have ever worked with! Imagery did some work for my elderly parents and they did an amazing job with that project too! Mark went out of his way to help my father with some extra, personal projects, that were out of my fathers ability to complete alone, and never charged him for the extra help he gave my father. He is a kind and caring person, as well as hardworking , knowledgeable, and talented. He always answered all of our questions and phone calls in a timely manner, even on weekends, and never left us waiting. Imagery went above and beyond to meet and exceed our expectations! They did an outstanding job and we will definitely be using them again! We have and will continue to recommend Imagery, they are absolutely an amazing company! Mark with Imagery did a wonderful job with the custom closet system he installed in our Master closet. We are thrilled that he has the skills and knowledge to build such a good looking and functional closet. We couldn’t be happier!

Pictures of part of my project are listed as the Paisley Master Bath. We are in Colorado Springs, not Florida so not sure why it is listed that way. Not pictured is our second bathroom that was remodeled as part of the same project. Mark did the tile work in our master which came out well. His sons did the work in the second bath, and it was done so poorly that I actually paid another contractor to come in and correct it after Imagery left. When I tried to let Mark know how unhappy I was, he told me that I was creating a hostile work environment. He was incredibly immature from the moment I mentioned I wasn’t happy with the quality of work. The second bathroom had double sinks with a light above each. They were installed at uneven heights and when I asked him to correct that, he told me that measuring heights wasn’t part of the contract and he would have to charge me for that. He said the contract only mentioned centering above the sink, not vertical placement. That is just one example of the quality issues, and the lack of attention to detail. I give 2 stars because he also installed hardwoods throughout our main floor which did come out nice. I would ask to speak to actual homeowners who’ve worked with Mark before deciding. I wish I had.

Mark is honest, professional, and easy to work with. He installed an attic fan for me and finished in a timely manner, cleaned his area perfectly, I couldn't tell he had even been there except for seeing and using my newly installed Quiet cool fan and outlet switch. I highly recommend him.
