We had an incredible experience working with Keri on our full kitchen renovation. Our project was a complete gut, centered around a complex, all-window design that required thoughtful planning and precision, and Keri delivered on every level. She was exceptionally easy to work with throughout the entire process: communicative, organized, and highly attentive to detail. Keri managed every phase meticulously, which made what could have been a stressful project feel seamless and well-controlled. She also collaborated effortlessly with our team of contractors and designers, keeping everyone aligned and moving forward efficiently. What really stood out was her ability to meet us exactly where we were. We weren’t just thinking about the kitchen, we needed to plan with future renovations in mind, and Keri was incredibly thoughtful about our wants while helping us make smart, forward-looking decisions. Keri is a professional expert in the architecture field. Not only were her designs thoughtful and attractive, but Keri took the time to explain her thought process to my husband and me in a way we could understand the design and design options. Her recommendations for responsible contractors were excellent. Together with the contractors, she went out of her way to be responsive to our questions - both with estimating budgeting and predicting time lines. Each contractor was impressed by the level of detail in her construction documents - and that made the permitting and planning process seamless. We would use Keri in a heartbeat again for additional projects. Without question, I would highly recommend her and her team to family and friends in the area because of her efficient ability to communicate, her strong organizational skills, and her knowledge of building from the perspective of both an architect and a builder. We own a 200 year old historic home in Easton, MA. We worked with Keri to help us plan an addition that would add improved functionality for our family of 5, while honoring and integrating seamlessly with the unique and special historical heritage of the home. Keri has a wonderful penchant for working with older homes, which is what drew us to her in the first place. She was excellent to work with and was very thorough, timely, and attentive to our desires throughout the design process.

We just moved into our new home so I felt compelled to write this review. We had lived in our neighborhood for decades and raised our family there. We connected with Keri about remodeled our dated home. The neighborhood, we felt, could only accommodate a certain price for homes so we didn't want to out price the market. After explaining this we started the process with Keri. She was very professional and attentive to our needs for the space and for the anticipated budget. After some work she suggested that it would be more effective - given the age of our home and the zoning/requirements - that it would be more cost effective to rebuild on the site. We went through the process of design and specifying the new space. This process was extensive and prolonged - because of our schedule more than Keri's. We had several sessions where I questioned whether this was "doable" within the budget - which we had specified in the $700-800K range from the onset. The process to get to the drawings we could get quoted cost more than $30,000 including surveys - this was consistent with her fee schedule. When we went to get a quote, initially from her recommended builder, it was stunning at $1.8M or more than double our budget and dramatically outpriced not just for the neighborhood but for the town. Her reaction to our dismay was to state they she was not responsible for construction costs or the builder's quotes. We tried several more builders with the same result. Keri did offer to dramatically downsize the design. Keri was personable and professional, but I cannot rate the service highly. It is beyond incomprehensible that this type of miss on cost resulted. A 10% or 15% variance I could see but certainly not well over 100%. The $30,000 we paid resulted in a design that is unbuildable in that area. We moved on to finding a new home. A very disappointing and expensive experience.

Kathy and I have had the of pleasure working with Keri and Nate in the initial planning phase and complete construction drawings for our major renovation project. Our home was an old Cape built in the early 50's and had undergone various renovations over the years. We were looking to update and increase the size of our kitchen, create an open floor plan for entertaining families and friends and to establish first floor living area. Keri listened and understood our needs and turned them into a reality. We had multiple meetings face to face and zoom to review the various designs and updates of the project. Keri provided a complete drawing package that we took to our contractor. In the end the project included and new kitchen and large dining entertaining area, larger stairs to the basement and 2nd floor. Also added a new powder room with washer and dryer, relocate and enlarge a bathroom with easy accessibility with a walker and a relocated and enlarged first floor bedroom with walk in closet. We are in the final construction phase and look forward to enjoying the space. Keri and Nate: Thank you for your creativity and design work and we wish you well.

Keri is warm, transparent, articulate, and precise. She really did a great job with our house's design and coming up with ideas and plans to fix difficult problems in the structure of our house. I highly recommend her!
