UPDATE: We are absolutely thrilled to share how wonderfully everything turned out—our experience made a complete turnaround. Working with Andrea and Fausto was excellent. Just a few hours after posting my original story below, we received a call from them, and they did everything possible to make things right. Fausto came to our home, inspected the entire job, and created templates based on our existing countertops. We then visited their brand-new, spacious showroom—filled with beautiful items—and discussed our options with Andrea. They were wonderful and genuinely wanted us to be happy. We selected the perfect marble slab, and the replacement installation was completed within the week. We are so delighted with our new countertops that I couldn’t wait to share the news. All of our issues were fully resolved, and we received many heartfelt apologies from the team. Our perfect kitchen is finally complete. I will recommend this company to everyone. Five out of five stars! Even after all that time had passed, they stood by their work and made sure we were happy. ================= =============== These guys were great until they installed the product. The countertops were not the same ones from the shop where we picked them out. They were somehow weather beaten or something as there were marks everywhere that made them look like they were ten years old and totally abused. Yet they were brand new and not cheap. All requests to have them come to try to clean them in place were stalling tactics. People who were going to help (who said it would be no problem to clean) never showed up and eventually we were told they no longer work there. No one seemed to care anymore. In the end our dream kitchen looks pretty shabby and at a huge cost.

Berto and his team are phenomenal. From the very beginning, I felt a sense of peace and confidence that these guys were going to a great job. And sure enough, they came through. From start to finish, every interaction with every member of this team was one with great professionalism. Tony and Florentino handled the work with such care, displayed great attention to detail, and always cleaned up after themselves. Berto is very knowledgeable about his trade and truly cares about his customers. He is always honest and transparent with his recommendations to ensure you are satisfied, even if it means not getting your business or having some parts of the project removed. I highly recommend New England Kitchen & Stone and will likely use their services for other renovations in my home.

Berto and his crew were amazing! They did the demo, cabinets and counter tops in my condo. All high end materials, great workmanship. His prices also beat all my other estimates, These guys worked clean and fast. All the work was done in about a week. I would highly recommend Berto/Master Care. I'm extremely happy with how it came out, these guys are the best!!!
